Heres Why This Nissan is Better Than My Toyota Celica Kip Paseo: the Toyota Previa was discontinued in the US but still sold overseas. The problem with the Toyota Previa aside from its crash test scores what's that there was not enough room to put in a V6 engine and the four cylinder 2. 4 l was drastically underpowered. Toyota try to remedy the issue bye adding a supercharger but it still couldn't compete with the V6 competitors.

scotty kilmer says he's buy a nissan. i fell like i've wandered into some 4th dimensional time warp where down is sideways, black is plaid, and toyota is nissan. at least according to scotty. in all honesty, though, my 3rd vehicle was a nissan hardbody. i loved that truck. i drove the piss out of that thing and it just kept going. it had the v6 in it and had pretty decent power. it was an automatic, but i still liked it.

Hey Scotty, I gotta correct you on a few things with the 240sx. The last year they sold the 240sx in North America was in 1998 and the top speed was limited to 120 mph. I had a 1991, 1995 and 1997 240sx, they were easy to work on and the only gripe I had was that my '95 needed to have the starter replaced. Since it was an automatic, I had to remove the trans dipstick to get to the started bolts.

Imagine my surprise when I saw the caption. I had to drop all my paperwork and watch the video. (Ha ha)One of my cousins had a white 1988 240SX with a manual transmission. She went on many vacations. So, her brother and I would go cruising around. Back then it was a really cool car. especially for two guys who couldn't afford their own car (ha ha.

A treat for pre Renault nissan fans. All Nissan's made in the 90 s were really great cars. Some like the maxima, 300zx, 240sx and sentra ser were class leaders while more than matching toyota for reliability. Even the altima, pathfinder and hard body pickups were great vehicles. The skyline r32 was the star Japanese car in its day.

The thing about those Skyline engines is that in Japan people will replace their engines after 3, 000 miles. So you can find those Skyline V6 engines all over the place in Japan. I put one in a 260Z and we tuned it to about 500 horsepower. I've seen them where people had about a thousand horsepower in those engines.

The last year of the s14 240sx in the US was the 1998 model year. Based on those wheels I'm guessing its a base which I'd still take even though I'd wish it had the 5x114. 3 bolt pattern and not the 4x114. 3 bolt pattern of the base. That always confused me why Nissan didn't just give them all 5x114. 3 hubs.

Hey Scotty great video. I owned one of these 240 SX 's and it was a 5 speed standard. I was a great car and pretty much bulletproof and I was sorry after I sold it. Keep up the great work Cheers Mike.

Yep, absolutely fantastic car I had a 93 for a long time until I got a family and some kid begged me to sell it to him. I put in a 98 SR20DET from Japan in mine and it's snappy and drives fantastic.
