This is my new design Palm Leaf bag or basket (different from first) that is strong and can last for years. How to make a coconut palm leaf bag. I use a voice over to demonstrate how to weave it from the beginning to end. I made this video as I was disappointed with the lack of helpful tutorials online so I hope this one makes sense. I am not an expert and this is partly my own design but I'm very happy with the result. Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Chanel bags etc are all made through cruel means, using cruel materials and I will not support unethical companies like them. These palm leaf bags are eco-friendly, biodegradable, ethical bags which are the perfect zero waste gift. I may consider making a palm leaf bowl next which can last 20-30 years when kept inside. Coconut palm leaf hat would be fun too. Stay tuned!
