Thumbnails: I do not think that it is acceptable for YouTube to edit the content of any content-creator's uploads (such as thumbnails) any more than it is acceptable for a TV networks to randomly select shows which air on their network, and change their intro music, or intro images. You're altering the out-put of someone's content, and potentially the quality, to the viewer. You're also changing someone's owned-property (something YouTube seems to go ape-shit about with DMCAs, and claims) without their permission. Is it acceptable for me to alter a display in a store, just because I own the complex that the store is in? No. Ask people to participate, and they probably will. Especially considering you (Philip) and YouTube, thinks auto-generated thumbnails are important. Don't change things without prior consent. That content isn't owned by YouTube, yet they make money on it. If YouTube can now change content without consent, does that mean YouTube has the legal right to ownership, and alteration of all content?

It rips my heart apart because unfortunately it's true about how pedophiles try to get to doctors and as American it's really hard to say but one type of pedophile that truly terrifies and breaks my heart is traveling doctors there's actually a huge epidemic with traveling doctors it's quite sick me if you're brave enough look it up but there are really amazing people who are working on stopping these doctors and busting some doctors and it's so disgusting I can't continue but I really hope that we soon elect for harsher punishment than just liked in prison because that type of punishment is just not enough and they literally get together in prison and continue to talk about what they would do to their victims often making other prisoners upset sometimes threatening other prisoners children and a lot of times these pedophiles are able to get out they almost always get out and they almost always reoffend so we definitely need to for lack of a better word get rid of pedophiles

The press is able to change government rulings. Just look at civil rights and gay rights. That wasn't done because of the government. It was the people, media, press all pushing for it, and the government had no other reason than to give them rights. So if journalists put rape in their press for that story, then it would start being more known. We're also under a freedom of speech amendment, so since when has the dictionary definition or laws prevented any journalism from happening with one word? Hell, you have journalists coming up with fake news EVERY DAY against Trump, and yet you're saying it's the government's fault? Nah, the press and media obviously have an agenda and they purposefully didn't write rape because they want to separate male and female victims to make female victims look more sympathetic and they don't want it to be known that women are rapists too.

With the story of Mears not being charged with rape. I'm of the opinion this is because of extreme bias on both sides of our social and political divide, meaning that everyone seems to believe that men cannot be victims, period. This has translated to the FBI's definition of what rape is but it should also be noted that the FBI is not the final decider of that definition; it is the Federal and state legislatures that make laws so we should find out what those definitions are and use (or change) them.

Live stoning should be something to the Monsters or straight up assholes of the earth. Everyone should be able to take a rock and throw it at them. this way the pain, will last, this way a pebble will hurt, and anyone small or large can be apart of it. or, just see if they can swim in lava. be like if you survive you are free of all charges. we have a few active volcanoes we can test this on. anyway, love the show as always keep it up. cheers.

I remember going to Angola as a child. They said something along the lines that the prison mates consider certain crimes worst than others. More say inexcusable. For example, just out right shooting someone for no reason was considered pointless and not okay to them. But if someone had did you a huge injustice, it was considered reasonable to them. Also anyone that hurt children were a huge target there and had to be watched.

Who cares about thumbnails. At the end of the day it is a feature of the site that they can do what they want with. If you need a good thumbnail to be successful at a job that pays you way too much then you obviously have shitty content and are not worth the paycheck you get from them. Anyone who whines this much about their boss would be fired in the real world. Get over it or go to vine.

Rape is rape, its disgusting that the FBI thinks there has to be penetration to be considered rape. It is such a double standard and people think that men dont get raped. They do but they almost never come out and talk about it because of this stigma. Just wanna say that anyone man/woman or non identifying should feel safe to come to authorities and not feel humiliated

I didn't hear about the story in Montana before this video, but from what you described, that is rape. How they don't charge the woman with rape disgusts me. I think there might be some sort of double standards tbh, I feel like women are percieved to be weaker and not capable of doing crimes like that, but they are just as capable as men can be. Rape is rape.
