S. illegally and had twice previously been deported, federal authorities say. Marvin Oswaldo Esquivel-Lopez, 31, has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder for Tuesday night's 16 July 2019 triple homicide. His victims have been identified as a small family he was living with: Rossibeth Flores-Rodriguez, 29; Grecia Daniela Alvarado-Flores, 11; and Ever Jose Mejia-Flores, 5. Officers, responding to a 911 call, found the three bodies at the home Tuesday night, according to police. A spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Wednesday that the accused's name is actually Marvin Oswaldo Escobar-Orellana and he returned to the U. S. after being deported to Guatemala. Escobar-Orellana, aka, Marvin O. Esquivel-Lopez, was previously (deported) from the United States in 2010 and again in 2011, ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer said. He has a prior federal conviction for illegal entry into the United States in 2010. He is not currently in ICE custody. Court records show his 2011 deportation stemmed from illegal entry to the U. S. near Laredo, Texas. He was sentenced to 15 days confinement and ordered not to return to the country illegally. An undocumented immigrant who re-enters the country without authorization after having been previously deported can be charged with a felony, which depending on the persons record is punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison, if convicted. Des Moines police have said that the man known as Marvin Esquivel-Lopez is not believed to have had a romantic relationship with Flores-Rodriguez.

I already know that this WILL NOT be a popular comment but here I go anyway. As for the scumbag killing his wife and 3, yes 3 children because she was pregnant, he should hang. As for the illegal alien. I don't get the feeling that he killed Molly. I'm not sure what exactly happened but I felt that something was terribly off about this case from the start. But I'll keep those thoughts to myself and close friends/family for now. As for Tump using this tragedy for personal gain? ABSOLUTELY he/they are. And I voted for the guy. I do believe that our boarder laws need to be strictly enforced and illegals need to be deported and come here the way the rest of the immigrants come, legally. We do need immigration reform desperately but 1st things 1st. However I strongly feel this guy Christian is being set up. Yeah I know he confessed but seriously ppl don't you think authorities have their ways of doing things to get the results they want? This guy is looking at being deported back to Mexico. Remember he fled for a reason. OR spend life in an American prison. Also why was he so enraged that he blacked out? Why didn't he flee the area? He changed his identity once. Don't you think he could easily do it again? I mean he's already got the connections. I heard a reporter ask the police officer about the location Molly's body was found that they had ppl and dogs thoroughly searching the area and why he thought they didn't happen to stumble across her sooner? To which the officer just basically shrugged the question off. Curious don't you think? What about that cell phone and fitbit? Local authorities normally have state of the art equipment. That's why you pay your high taxes. Also the whole family just seemed to be a little too at ease about their daughter's disappearance. Well that's my take on things.

Sooooo unexpected, because DeFranco, Watts _was_ in fact, a very loving father, husband, friend & all round nicest guy in the world This was 100% out of character for Christopher but he was influenceable, and for this reason, he was brainwashed MK Ultra style by some very influential and high up sick satanists that needed a sacrifice to happen, especially from a family member to their young children, as this would yield the highest crop (money/control/power) for a term of a year for these sick bastards In no way am I exonerating Watts whatsoever, but the story is _much_ deeper and more involved than simply a man loses it and wipes away his entire family, to which he previously loved very much NK began to look up Shannan Watts 1 entire _year_ before she even had first contact with Chris. These anomalies, along with a massive bunch more coincidences are involved with Chris just demolishing his family, and the links are involved with a number of front companies, together with a few more actual real companies. They chose Chris, mainly because of his mental malleability factor, together with his beta male personality coupled with the ease with which he was seen in many of Shannan's YouTube video's to easily be controlled via very little manipulation, and so began the conspiring in order to have many sacrificial lambs slain for their monetary gain, using Chris merely as a pawn in this entire plot. but if one thing is certain, it is that this entire thing is so very much bigger than just Chris alone, as it doesn't stop with just Chris going bonkers. This narrative is simply what 'they' would _like_ for you to believe, but this ride goes so very much deeper than you will ever know

Rolling in a week late. I see people saying that it's an immigration issue, because if he wasn't here illegally, Mollie wouldn't have died. If we take that argument to its logical endpoint, we conclude that the wrong people are a danger to the right people, and to keep the right people safe, we need to have less wrong people. Congrats, you rediscovered eugenics, the inevitable endpoint of racism and xenophobia And if you're on track to thinking eugenics is okay, I think you might want to reconsider and refine your opinion a bit, because I highly doubt that's where you intended to go in the first place. This is not an issue of an entire group of people or a country murdering a woman, ONE person did. And if he hadn't been here, he likely would have attacked a different woman elsewhere. Would that hypothetical death not matter to you just because it wasn't in your neighborhood, or didn't happen to someone who looks like you? If you say that you wouldn't care because it's not here, then you don't really care about Mollie's or any specific person's death, you care about the murderer's race, and it's blatantly obvious you're using her story to fuel anti-immigration sentiment. None of us can control our genetics, but we can choose what we do, and he choose to take a life. The problem is the broken mind and disgusting acts of the murderer, not his ethnicity, not immigration law. Instead of jumping straight into righteous anger and politicizing a tragedy, take a second to spare a thought for Mollie Tibbetts.

You can't argue logic and facts. if Mollies killer had not been in this country, he could not have physically been able to kill her. What? Was some other guy randomly going to magically take his place? AND then decide to murder her? This isn't a comic book multiverse. Some of your arguments make no sense. She said NO. And he persisted and took it too far and killed her so he wouldn't get caught. And the price he pays, regardless of what it is will be a far cry better than what Mollie got. Show some compassion for this poor girl instead of feeding a political agenda. As to Watt's. I will never be able to wrap my head around some men (and women) that decide to murder their whole families. But again, logic. Just look at his demeanor in the interview. If I was pleading for someone to bring back my missing family, I wouldn't be so calm cool and collected. I'd be freaking nuts with unstoppable tears. Regardless of how I might feel about my wife I'd be screaming for my little girls. He even spoke about Bella in the past tense when interviewed. He lied to the police. Logic. guilty as hell on all three counts of murder. And everything in the trial will point that direction.

GUYS. Does anybody else think the Mollie Tibbetts case is a bit suspicious? I don't think there's any doubt the man killed her, but I get the feeling that maybe our government or somebody related to it somehow promised that man something or forced him to kill Mollie. Why? To help feed the illegal immigrants are bringing violence and murder to America story. It's just that his story is totally out of whack and doesn't add up with the he suddenly got out of his car, chased her, then blacked out and can't remember but finds that her head is bloodied up and dead? He didn't even have an illegal history with him before, no problems, nothing. Couldn't even speak English enough that he needed a translator. But he suddenly decides to stop his car and chase down a girl jogging on the street and murder her for nothing? Right when the news came out about who killed her, SO MANY people jumped on the story and calling out about how he was an illegal immigrant and he brought murder and violence with him. Maybe I'm wrong you know, maybe I'm just paranoid. But I just wanna know if anybody else feels like this entire story is a bit fishy at all?

I think people are missing the point when it comes to violent crimes committed by illegals. The public becomes outraged nit because it was done by an immigrant, Mexican, or any 'brown' person. It really has nothing to do with what color or race these offenders are. Now I can't speak for everyone but I do know that the reason I get so upset by these crimes is because they are committed by people who are not even suppose to be here. They came here by breaking our laws, with no respect or regard for our laws so is it a shocker that they continue to break our laws one they are here? We don't need more lawbreakers we have many many of our own legal (born here or migrant) that we have to tend to. I don't want ilegals here because of their obvious disregard for the law. Anyone who cones in legally and goes through all the trouble will be less likely to commit such crimes.
