Brett Kavanaugh Approved, BUT Last Second Twists Guarantee It Gets Even Messier From Here. Jferrer1310: I will begin this comment by saying that the way I am phrasing things here might sound cold and clinical, but that is only because I try to contain the immeasurable amounts of rage this has cause me as a man, as someone who does not agree with democrats, the left, or globalist ideas, as a man whose one dream in life is to one day get married, and have a family of my own, I am filed with rage by the proceedings in relation to Judge Kavanuagh. The issue in this case is that after so many decades it is basically impossible ascertain as to the veracity of the events in question, we cannot be sure if it really was Kavanaugh, there is no way we can be sure without a doubt this man actually did molest Dr. Ford, or that he was part of a Gang Rape, the timing of these events also throws into question their veracity as this is an awfully convenient time for democrats to have such a scandal arise, specially around a Supreme Court Nominee that Trump wants appointed. I believe the greatest disservice in this whole event is to both the nation, Dr. Ford as she has been used to attack Mr. Kavanaugh and drag his reputation and career through the mud, in a manner as to avoid his appointment in an effort to avoid the republicans appointing this man to whom they most definitely harbour ill will, as this hearing has shown, this mans reputation, family, career and personal life have suffered due to these baseless accusations which cannot be proven, Dr. Ford has been forced to be a public figure regarding an incident which she still seems to feel great shame over, and be put in front of the nation as if she were an animal in a circus. The family of Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh have both suffered greatly by this great sham, this political circus made with the intent of ruining his reputation and career, I know that I would be livid as I feel right now seeing these events unfold in the Land of Free and the Brave, if all my life's work was so nearly and suddenly almost ruined, I know that this would fill me with a rage like no other, a rage that could only be toppled were someone to do something to my family. I without a doubt believe that Dr. Ford has a case of mistaken identity, and Judge Brett Kavanuagh's innocence, I can only hope and pray for them both to able to fix their lives from this sham, and wish for both long and happy lives.

This is such a touchy horrible subject; I hope the actual truth comes out, but here are some of my thoughts: I'd like to think that these are not false accusations, despite what it means to Kav's character and what that means Ford had to endure and live with. If it turns out Kav was actually innocent, Ford should face charges. IF that turns out to the case. I'm reminded of something a guy I thought I knew told to me/some friends as we were hanging out one night; I'll try to tell his story as close to how he said it, but what I want people to keep in mind is that this guy was LAUGHING about this story, okay? ---> here goes. I knew this army guy in Alberta, who lived in the barracks and had gone out one night drinking, and came back to the barracks with a girl who was wasted, black-out drunk. This guy comes into the barracks knocking on all the doors to let all the people (guys) in the barracks about 'the party at his room'. He spoke about how the men in the barracks proceeded to 'run a train' on this passed out girl (and this is what horrified me, half the comment, half the laughter) and his last comment before laughing his head off was, Boy, I'd have hated to be the last guy in lineI was so stunned I was silent for a second but couldn't help but pop out with, Really? I'd have hated to be the girl I no longer hang out with said person. I would like to think he's no longer like that. but. The reason I mention this is that there is an actual possibility that Kav might actually think he did nothing wrong, because he might actually think there's nothing wrong with that kind of behaviour. And if it did actually happen, I truly feel for Ford; I mean, I was molested when I was 5 (over 35 years ago) and only have my memory as 'proof' right now; are people going to try and tell me it didn't happen? I don't know, this hits far too close to home for me and I have a hard time staying rational and keeping my emotions out of it.

Whenever I have listened to rape allegations and claims, I have cried so hard for the people. This time, I didnt shed a tear, which is very unlikely for someone like me. Im trying to figure out why. Other than going over all the evidence others have covered (if you scroll through the comments, you will be able to see all of them, Im wondering if my empathy switch is just turned off because I know in my heart that she isnt telling the truth, so I just dont feel bad for her for that reason. I do, though, feel bad for her. Either she is lying about this event, or she has the actual assaulter mixed up. I hope that this never happened to her, no matter who did it to her just because no one deserves to have that happen to her. I do feel bad for her because either she is being used or possibly in a bad place and for some reason is using this for a personal gain (I doubt either of those things though. What I think has happened (given this poor womens emotion behind her voice) is that the two people who came forward and said you are wrong, WE assaulted you, not Kavanaugh. are the real assaulters and she is confused and has the wrong guys. If that is the case (and I think it is) I feel bad for her. She may not be able to find closure because she is so focused on it being Kavanaugh, and for that reason, I feel so sorry for that women.

personally, I don't believe her and think she is just being taken seriously because of the partisan politics at play. So, in order to explain why let's take the same results and translate them to a non-partisan hypothetical. So say theres this woman named Judy, who says she was involved in a hit and run and struck by a man's (let's say his name is Brad) car 30 years ago. So, here's Judy's case: she's certain it was Frank's car despite never knowing Frank before or after the supposed incident. The discrepancies with Judy's case are; that she doesn't remember where the crash happened, she doesn't remember when the crash happened, there are no police or hospital reports of it happening, and the people Judy stated that picked her up say it never happened. So, the judge, taking her story as fact, has a full investigation of Brad's history What they find is this; he's never had a DUI, suspended license, or any shown problems with driving, he was an ass when he was 16, and he did indeed, and he likes beer. That's absolute nothing of a case. Yet, in the case of Ford, no matter what people say she's going to get out of this all clean due to people being so intrenched in their position regardless of evidence for the sake of political. No matter what happens Ford will be seen as a victim and Kavanaugh a rapist.

Yes, innocent until proven guilty and all. But Kavanaugh has now officially been proven to have lied under oath multiple times. That's the real problem here. And before you ask, it goes from small details to a few bigger ones like saying that a devil's triangle/threesome is a drinking game, claiming that the other people allegedly present said it didn't happen, saying that he only attended parties on weekends so he couldn't have done it on a weekday, even though his own calendar disproves that, claiming that she lived to far away for the location to make sense even though she lived closer to the location, claiming that he was puke champion because he has a week stomach, saying he drank legally because the drinking age used to be drinking age which wasn't true anymore at the time and wouldn't have mattered anyway because he was 17 at the time etc. Now some of those lies aren't that big, they don't really change anything as far as the case goes, but they are still lies under oath. I don't understand why they didn't just pick any other pro-life judge.

What this all really proves is the weak minded nature of this whole process to accuse without evidence to stop a process like this. Go research and you can easily find out that they knew this information a couple months prior and then outed Ford so if they cared about an investigation they had plenty of time. This is about using the court of public opinion to maximize the impact and seed doubt. It is disgusting and those two feminist activists (aka Feminazis) who stopped Flake in the elevator, listening to them that is a cheap emotional ASSAULT on him. Woman like those two, and people like Feinstein are NOT good people. They are the opposite. Go do actual research. Don't only watch someone like Philip DeFranco. You will discover that these are low political theater. I feel though that Ford, if/once it is proven her claim holds no merit she should be charged with a felony crime. I would also charge those who outed her, probably Feinstein or her staff and purge them from the Senate. Their actions cheapen the Senate.

You know the funny thing about it all is. if one person is lying either one of them we're still screwed think about it. one side says character assassination other side says unfit to take the position. And while we're all up in arms about this the truth is still mostly unknown. I believe all supreme court justices should all be independent so that there can be more of a consensus on laws so that they'll be vetted more properly ignoring political affiliation. All i see are a bunch of people using their political affiliations to pass laws and i believe that its inefficient. I'm sorry Ford but if this did happen to you and i wouldn't be surprised if it was true (heck you knew this would happen) I'm sorry but America must win. And for kavanaugh if this is character assassination and you're innocent without doubt (hopefully you are) than i can only say that I'm sorry for your family this is the big time i pray they can survive the experience.

I was almost falsely accused of rape, TWICE. Once because a girl didn't want to admit she cheated on her boyfriend with me, and a different time by a jealous ex-boyfriend who accused me of raping his girl to get rid of me and the girl herself had to write a report about how I didn't rape her. Both my half-brother and father warned me because it almost happened to them too, but I never thought it would happen to me because I am so careful, but being careful will not save you. A lot of people bring up the Salem Witch trials, but they forget as recently as the 80s there was the Satanic ritual abuse scare. Multiple people were falsely accused of killing babies, rape, and worshiping the devil and it was proven that the accusers made it all up and regression therapy was proven to create false memories.

Regardless of whether you believe Brett Kavanaugh or Christine Blasey Ford, it's all based on opinion - he said, she said - & no actual evidence, from over 36 years ago. Hearing the shouts of support all victims, I believe her, stand with her. What exactly are you standing with? Let's say for a minute, that she's telling the truth. That she didn't want a rapist to be a Supreme Court judge. So, it was okay then, that he served in the government prior as a circuit judge & as a staff lawyer for various government offices, being in office for 12 years before? It was okay for him to be free for that long, having the freedom to hurt others? So it's okay to have criminals freely roaming the streets (and government) as long as they're not on the Supreme Court, that's what you're supporting?

I don't trust women. Plain and simple. Women are just as likely as men to be sociopaths and psychopaths, but women hide it better. Thus, I'd trust a male psychopath/sociopath more than a female one because the male would be more honest about it or open. Women hide hide hide, lie lie lie, cheat cheat cheat, steal steal steal. When you bring up a rape at such a convenient time as voting season, you have given me EVERY reason to not trust you and think of you as a snake. I don't even care if it did or did not happen. This is snake behavior and should not be tolerated. I don't care if Brett is guilty or not guilty, the woman is just as bad. Also, funny that: A video of a giant snake is in my recommendations on Phil's video. That's your proof for you. The woman is a snake. Cut her head off.
