WOW Guess Who Finally Got ARRESTED, Liza Koshy, Olivia Jade, Streaming Wars, Israel Election Drama AlizaBass: Liberman isn't opposed to being in a coalition with Bibi because of their feud (I mean, at least according to what he says. He wants the country to form a national unity coalition- a coalition that contains the two big parties- the parties that most of the people actually voted for (even if it means it'll be without him, again, according to he says at least, because the situation we had up until now is very dangerous and problematic- when there's one big party and lots of small ones forming a coalition, barely covering 61 seats, the small parties have a lot of power- let's say they want something (for example, the orthodox party wants to pass some highly religious law, they basically say- if this doesn't happen, we will leave the coalition, meaning the coalition will have less than 61 mandates, which means the parliament will be dismantled and we'll have to have new elections. It's an endless cycle, and it's why small, extremist parties get to sometimes influence decisions that most of the people in Israel disagree with. If we'll have two big parties forming a coalition together, even if the small ones will be a part of it they won't have the same power and (hopefully) decisions will be made more rationally, and not from a desperate attempt of the prime minister to hold on to his seat, and the government won't be as weak and always on the verge of a breaking point. At least, that's what Liberman says he's hoping for with his refusal to join either side, but I guess we'll have to see what'll actually happen: )

I go back and re-watch older shows all the time. I'm currently watching Cheers (1980s) and Northern Exposure (1990s, both of which are excellent shows. There are several reasons I do this. Part of it is just nostalgia, of course, and because they are just really good shows. But I also watch them partly to remind myself of how different our culture was in other times. It keeps me from being too affected by present-bias, and helps me take our current self-righteousness with a grain of salt, and remember that many different cultures have worked fairly well. And that the people who lived in and supported those cultures weren't actually just a bunch of evil racist power-mad patriarchs, but rather real, decent, and mostly happy and responsible people who were just trying to live good and abundant lives in the best way they knew how. I think it's important to remember this, to keep a little balance in our insanely out-of-all-balance cultural brew of chaos. My two cents, anyway.

Umm I am a huge big bang theory fan. and I didnt know people actually didnt binge watch. the shows are amazing. friends, how I met your mother, Big Bang Theory, The Office. I've seen those series over and over again. my take is that we dont have shows that come out that are so comfortable to watch. sorry i forgot to mention Brooklyn nine nine. while other shows like breaking bad, stranger things, game of thrones, the walking dead, etc are amazing to watch, all those shows have alot of heartbreaking moments so much twist and alot of uncomfortable moments things that u dont want to watch because it pisses you off. shows like friends, the big bang theory etc. They dont have those moments they are like comfort food. nothing drastic, no one dying, I hope someone understands what I'm trying to say lol

Regarding to why people see these shows like Friends or Big Bang over and over again, i think it's because they are just on a big nostalgia trip. Some people grew up with these shows and consider them a big part of their life. And some people don't want to let the shows go because of it. And this reason could be arguable, but the main thing I'm going with here, is that these shows, for every individual, has something of value to them, whether it's admiring the colors of a show, the actors, the jokes or you just deem it good enough to remember and rewatch. I think a lot of these shows helped a lot of people while they were going through difficult periods in their lives, and maybe that is why there is high demand for them. Well, that's my opinion anway.

If there would be a quality streaming service that holds rights to a lot of shows that I enjoy watching (whether for a few shows a week or binging entire weekends long) I would have 0 issue paying for it. However, if it comes to a point where I have to get a seperate subscription from another provider for each individual series i'm interested in, hell yes i'm gonna pirate it and not waste my money. The ''exclusive'' thing always ends up hurting the customer (read: they have to pay more); and with shows being widely available through. unconventional platforms. (cough, torrent, cough, I think they will just see piracy pick up again.

I play The Office series over and over (and im very sad that it will be leaving Netflix in the next year or so) just to have something on and comfortable that I don't have to pay close attention to. Anytime I'm doing work or playing a game I like to have it on or even just listening to it via headphones. It makes me happy and the fact that I've seen it before makes me feel comfortable. I also watch new stuff all the time but I'm sure a lot of people have that one comfortable show they like to watch over and over. Then again my mom refuses to re watch anything. so it really just depends on the type of person you are.

The streaming wars will lead to piracy. I'm not paying for twenty different services to watch what I'm interested in. I'd sooner pirate the shit than deal with that. Especially if they're foolish enough to put advertisements in there. I stopped watching television nearly a decade ago because I got fed up with that shit. When it's not movies being butchered it's shows being paused to advertise something I couldn't give two shits less about. If I want to know about a particular product I research it. Shoving it down my throat all hours of the day, every day, just makes me despise you.

I have seen the whole office series probably like 20 times lol. I know that sounds ridiculous but the reason I always go back to it is bc sometimes I dont want to take the time to start a new show bc its a possibility I wont like it plus its time consuming to find a new show- I always know Ill be entertained by the office. Another reason is I sometimes just want a show to play in the background as I do other things and it is easy to do that with the office bc you dont necessarily have to pay attention to every second bc the show is more about the comedy and less about the storyline.

I; ve re-watched glee probably 4 times now. for me it's just. I love the casting, the characters, the story-lines that all get presented so well in the series it's just a fun time for me. I will go watch a series if I REALLY like the concept like. Lucifer, walking dead, supernatural. but I don't find myself going to series where I am mildly interested in a concept and giving them too much of a chance. feels like I'm grabbing at oxygen trying to pull myself up. I don't think effort should have to be applied to like a series. I think something should just draw me in naturally

Personally I rewatch a couple of favourite tv shows a lot because I feel like 90-99% of all shows today is shit. There are so few tv shows that actually manages to stay good. Either the show is good, but cancelled (Firefly for example. Or the show continues WAY past the expiration date (Heroes, Lost, Supernatural or Prison Break to name a few. Or the show starts of awesome but ends as a disaster (Game of Thrones comes to mind. Or the show is bought by some service that isn't available in my country (hey Hollywood, not all of us live in USA.
