Before we all go off on LeBron James, I think we need to understand the context. This is from ESPN: The Lakers played two preseason games against the Brooklyn Nets in China, and the situation was tense. The teams did not know if the games would be played upon their arrival in Shanghai, where NBA commissioner Adam Silver held a tense meeting with players from both teams last week, sources told ESPN's Rachel Nichols. During the meeting, sources said, several prominent players voiced frustration about their perception that they were being put in the middle of the dispute between the NBA and China, and they said they were unhappy about being asked by local Chinese reporters to address the situation before Silver was scheduled to do so. Given how polarizing the Hong Kong protest is in China, and you have NBA games being played IN China at the moment, those players could have felt physically in jeopardy. China's reaction could have been much much uglier than it turned out given how sensitive they've been over all the criticism. We weren't there, the teams were. Like you always preach, context is important.

Hello Philip, the comment that u made saying only a person with a brain injury would not know if that screen shot conversion was sarcastic was troubling in my eyes. I'am recently finding out that i may be autistic and sarcasm is a major thing I struggle with on the daily, but also being a logical thinker i can see where your coming from as well with that person making it clear that they was being sarcastic. Being autistic also makes it very hard for me to express my feelings out loud so I cant tell how your comment bothered me but that it just did. I do absolutely love the show and can tell your a beautiful person at heart. Thanks for all you do, Shyan

The rioters in Hong Kong are making it seem that they are all peaceful. But in fact, they violently destroy public and private properties, throw petro bombs at police officers and then beat them up, and very recently, stabbed an unprovoked police officer on the neck with a knife and now the police officer is in serious condition. All the while they demand that they must be seen as peaceful protesters, not riotersIf these rioters pulled any of these moves outside of Hong Kong, they'd be immediately arrested or shot at. Stop trying to crown them with angelic rings, they are disruptors, worms of the society.

I respect you Phil, so this is not my hate comment on you in any shape of form. I do support hongkong protest at the beginning because the bill would have created a back door for government to do sketchy things but it soon developed to a roit and lost all my respect. With the recent situation in Spain, how is hongkong a fight for democracy but Spain a roit? Spain had over 100 people injured in 4 days and media didn't want to mention a thing. Why China needs US to watch over for human right violations and at the same time, US has violated way more times in human right issue?

Where there is smoke there is fire. but it's tragic how this all happened, finally I thought this dude is getting expose for the piece of shit he is. but now he has this great excuse and will hide behind that til the day he died.
