If it were not for the United States, North Korea would have become a democratic socialist country.

Lets just glaze over the fact that Rhee killed many many people and ordered the brutal and bloody massacres of hundreds of thousands of Koreans for simply being communist. Often people were killed even for trying to learn about communism. And his National Security Act to this day makes it technically illegal to hold a political ideology that is not sanctioned by the South Korean government and can lock citizens up for simply voicing a. positive view of the North.

The reason why Kim sung ju changes his name to Kim il sung is to steal Real Kim il sung's career of independent movement. There is actual Kim il sung who is famous for independence movement in Manchuria. Kin sung ju is young, and did nothing for there country independence. He just tried to make a line with Soviet. He become a Soviet's puppet. So he need a career to make people and korean protestant's support him. So he changed his name and become Kim il sung.

Funny how they portray a freedom fighter of a country who want to bring its country to its glory as evil dictator but look at west and its democracy where they killed millions in Arab countries, destroyed africa, made latin america poor, and don't forget about annihilation of 4 million innocent vietnamese citizens by so called democratic country. Hypocrisy at it peaks.
