I feel like this is inaccurate. I am very much an old soul, do not believe in reincarnation, I'm very adventurous, and have both parents. I grew up with adults due to having much older siblings and having slightly older parents with older friend groups. Being and old soul doesn't mean that we hate everyone and are calloused, but that we have patience and the ability to be content with what we have at the moment while preparing and planning for our big adventure. Yes we can be stubborn but we can also be understanding. Our abundance of wisdom makes us very rewarding people to be around. We can also be quite the wisecrack. We are very fun, but we also have boundaries. We are like a sassy grandma with great stories and lots of love.

Not quite sure how science could possibly debunk old souls having previous lives or are wise beyond their years. They'd have to fully understand it first and have a way of debunking past lives, which science is still on the fence about. There have been many documented, studied cases of this phenomenon. Just because our brain can't yet fully comprehend everything, that doesn't mean it's false. As an old soul myself and from my years of studying psychology and holistic modalities, I've come to the conclusion that there are things that wholeheartedly work for us, but science has yet to approve of. They'll get there someday, but in the meantime, I guess it's kinda fun to hear the scientific community think it's all woo woo. :P

I believe that growing up with divorced parents or just one parent can be beneficial to your future relationships. Youre able to see the mistakes your parents have made to lead them down those paths and know what not to do.
Being raised like that can also be not to beneficial. If you dont have one of your parents around or only see them sometimes you can easily fall into a trap of emptiness. You are deprived of the influence of your parent and will seek that out in bad relationships or bad people in general. You need the influence of both of your parents so you can learn from their mistakes or their great acts to one another.
Each one of these points can be argued either way.

I walk alone no matter what age group. Can not relate any age group. Most people in any age is an adult child swimming in low vibrations.
Soul can be old. Did they accept their journey, be at peace with their environment, and self in each life? That is where the soul grows. It's not many lives we live, but what we take from it and be at peace with all parts of each life.

I was born with the umbilical cord round my neck which means I was trying to get out of this obligation but hey that didnt helpNever met my real romatic partners in this lifetime. And that's because no one matches my husband who resides in the spiritual realm. I am driven and the few partners I had were very very comformist and due to my nature they couldn't handle being with me, so they would belitter me. Makes sense since I am a heyoka. The only female best friend I have gotten in my life says that I speak as if I'm in 60s and also out-fashioned like her
She is way too out-fashioned and don't want to marry anyone
I don't know what happened to me but I often think about death and I'm getting the feel that I'm looking for liberating my soul painlessly from my body.

Wait I'm an old soul? I have a loving family even though I lost both of my parents. I tick off on most points but I get it. I want to be somebody that helps children in the medical field but I really don't know why? I know I want to but I think it's just the feeling of helping people in general. Yeah I listen to 'old' music and stuff, laughed a bit at birth, and I'm actually 1467 years old mentally this is like my 18th life, so probably?

Imagine, you've had one excellent, long lasting relationship into your life, and a good one, and then a handful others within a long time period, say 15 years. later just have been dishonest, untrustful, and you've been only played. You finally gave up, and think, well then, they can just fck themselves, leave me alone. Yes, i've had usually oder friends during the school time, and later afterwards.

My entire life I have been called abuelita (which means grandma in spanish) by my closest friends because my thoughts or way to see life arent the usual among people of my age; although, I grew up in a house were both of my parents lived, Id say Im an old soul because I am the oldest of my siblings I had to mature no matter what to be an exemplary sister.

Im very much an old soul. I never got along with people my age and I am attracted to older people. Im also the mother in the friend group. I have difficult times with relationships, especially people younger or my age. I always have a better time hanging out with older people than kids my age.

I became old soul by my childhood and the way my parents raised me. I always had high levels of empathy and I was senstive so it really affected me when they were arguing.
So now I got social anxiety but at least I matured a lot faster.

Idk if i'm old soul. But I don't feel like talking to other teens like me. I prefer people who's older than me. I really wanted to learn from their experience in life that makes me feel more mature and being able to handle any problems.

The hardest part in childhood is being confused whether you should try to fit in between friend groups or not. Almost no kid understands your view on life but you feel comforted in having long, deep conversations with older people!
