Now that I think of this video, to many people, I've been shown to be an 'angel' or consider me as someone who is trustworthy, I've always reached out to others and help them, but some have taken advantage of it, and I learned that they've used me many times and I didn't know, but one former friend hurt me most, and I still can't get over it because they not only manipulated and guilt tripped me but they've done it to people I cared for, they've also sent suicidal or death threats to me after I found out. and I have trust issues because of fake friends and family. which makes me feel like I'm the bad person they're trying to apprehend, I can only trust one person I really care for, which is my lover, cause I can just let my guard down easily around him. and I dont want to lose him too. thank you Psych2Go for helping me understand myself a bit more

I have a friend who's so nice, very open, talkative, extroverted and literally fills all the point in the list. She doesn't want people around her to be alone, she takes care of me like a lil sis (and it's the best thing for an introvert person like me since she always includes me)
But she's being judged by a lot by people surounding her which is sad. she said that in the past she was this type of bad kid (which shocked me) or idk how to say it but now she told me she wanted to be a better person. And she always downgrades herself (like a lot of my classmates do) but when I see them I just feel. like poop idk they're very good looking in my eyes so I just feel like I uh yeah
P. S: I'm so happy I met her. Like I'm so happy that I met my bestie and many other people heh

Honestly it's fun to be truthful, liars usually are cowards. I had a girl in my class who was unbearingly self centered, bratty and entitled. Many of my classmates put up with her and pretended to be her friends whilst talking behind her back, I say many not all. I was one in the minority who told her the blunt truth about everything, she thinks I hate her but I don't I just put her in her place. She once got in a physical fight with another girl and played the victim with the teachers, I saw it, but even then I wasn't scared to speak my mind and neither am I easily offended by oppinions or critiques. I'm tooting my own horn but I'm just saying don't be scared to be truthful, you'll gain respect that way too

How do you gain trust back.
I've found videos related to trust from Psych2go but none has come close to what im struggling with at this moment. Nonetheless all the videos are still very helpful and motivating.
I broke someone's trust by doing something againts their wishes that they're sensitive about, i apologized and changed, yet they seem to have not and dont want to trust me again, how can i fix that.

My secret to being trustworthy is I deeply, truly care about those closest to me and I'm very protective and brave when it comes to those I admire and love, and will do whatever it takes to protect their heart, soul and mind. Very true. I'm thankful for the one person that I do have. He is literally a true diamond. I never met someone like him, and he is 100% honest. He is a true friend. I feel bad sometimes, because I love being by myself. But he is so understanding of who I am that it never bothers him.

Another tip: If they like to talk about other people behind their back, furthermore ridiculing or badmouthing them (even if you don't even know who are they talking about) that's a red flag. If their discussion is about how to help, they're good person.
