I make people awkward by making myself awkward and then it makes me uncomfterble.
like a cycle.
it's difficult be cause a family relative thinks I hate them when I don't and started saying negative things behind my back.
I'm s grown adult but I can't help but feel this tention and it makes me feel uncomfterble visiting them.
took alot of courage for me to eventually after a year tell them how I'm feeling and that it's got nothing to do with them.
but I still don't think they will ever understand this.
I'm also having it with someone else so I don't know.
I have social anxiaty and don't like being around people so negative energy's and attitude from others affects me alot.
I've been a people pleaser my hole life but I'm so worn out by trying to please others I just feel done with people's judgement.
I've been reflect on my past also and not realising at the time, like i know now that some people just didn't like me, it hurts but I guess not everyone is going to like us.
I'm at that age and stage in my life where people can leave if they want.
I'm to tired to care anymore honestly.
luckly I do have a good circle of freinds and family who care about me though.

Most people are repulsed by me. No one actively dislikes me and it's never anything anyone can put their finger on, but once they meet me in person, they get weird vibes and need to get away from me. For example, I go to the gym and it's pretty crowded people have a tendency of giving me the side-eye and immediately moving to another free bench as soon as one opens up. Or I join a local social group online and we get on just fine on screen, but as soon as I meet them in person, people don't want to talk or stand near me and I end up getting silently removed from the group. The check out lady at the grocery store who was happy and smiling at other people suddenly becomes reserved and apprehensive. I'm a tiny woman. I don't smell or look weird, and no one can tell me what did I do, it's just I have an aura that makes people uneasy. It's pretty damn lonely.

You know, in high school every girl I tried to be friends with did this to me (also female) and I thought it was just my anxiety. I'm not even bad, gross, or ugly and I don't think I was annoying. Never understood why but I made a lot guy friends and some are life long. Within in recent years, I've learned through my guy friends that a few of the girls where really just jealous of me for multiple different reasons. It's sad and it at the time it was really upsetting that I couldn't make friends as well. But, I'm happy with my friends now and realized that you can not make everyone happy. There will always be someone who dislikes you but that's okay. It's life and we move on: )

This reminds me of a toxic thought of mine that I had today, remembering the things teenage boys said to me when I was a teenager. That I'm just unattractive for guys in real life, that they are disgusted about thinking of dating me, that I'm just not dating material for them, so I shoul never ask myself if someone might be interested in me or even hope for it, that dating and romance isn't for me, if someone gives me attention it's just because of my body and not my soul and they probably chase any person who is female. I should be thankful for what I have and enjoy my family as long as I can, at least I have a sister and parents who care for me and make me feel loved

By the way, if someone is repulsed by you or whatever else they dare, dont worry, dont bother for longer than its needed, dont overthink by watching videos like that which may make you feel like youre the problem here, just take it in and let it go. No one is irreplacable. Everyday there is a new person being born, dont be stuck for long somewhere where you are in doubt. Rather than getting more worried and overthinking, find someone who wont bring you as much trouble worrying if youre a good person or not. The only videos you should watch is to how not disappoint yourself, not someone else. They dont matter as much as your own happiness. Just a kind reminder.

Anyone else disgusted by their family's Hygiene?
My house is filthy and my room is the only clean room in the house, I live with my dad and two brothers and they rarely shower. My dad never evens washes his hands and acts out in anger when I mention it, he also smells awful but I'm afraid to say anything. When he comes near me I can't help but feel grossed out lol. I've become a germaphobe because of all this and wash my hands about 20 times a day and at least shower once every day. We also have a lot of animals and I'm always left to clean up after them because the others won't.

Is it bad to be repulsed by someone? I mean I get that it hurts, Ive been there, but isnt it also fair? I mean, there are a few people I know, and I simply just dont really enjoy their company. They dont seem sincere and I dont know what to make of their words and body language, and sometimes they get really pushy and intrude my personal space. They never did anything that made me directly dislike them, they seem like nice people. i just dont enjoy their company, after trying to get to know them better. Is that wrong of me?

Well the feeling's mutual -- those tattoos of hers can be a bit unnerving. Guys, seriously, just assume that if a girl is giving you one or two of these at most, just cut off communication completely. Don't do any favors, don't try to be nice. Just be professional and concise. You don't want to offend or scare them and gain a reputation as a creeper. In the workplace, this is even more critical - just leave them alone and give them distance - FAST.

I do feel this off of one of my colleague. I do hate seeing her I avoid her all the time. I don't take breaks with her. Just because she's manipulative and loves to talk rumours. She lies and she's very weird person she followed me once when I took my break on another room. She creeps me. So yes I avoid her.

Most of the people I may have repulsed weren't the type of people I wanted around anyway! They offered NOTHING conducive or positive to my life anyway! They avoided me because they may have sensed that I was the one truly repulsed by them and therefore openly displayed that repulsion towards them!

I can seem repulsed by people i am attracted to because i am too shy and nervous around them, what they don't notice is that i can get distracted by them and misplace things or drop them, if i am repulsed however i will feel and speak in a somewhat angry tone.
