Wait, I have a question
I have noticed there were several sorts of a, phases I'd go through every few months, like, say at one point I'd be very empathetic and very intellectual, and then I'd become more emotional and introspective and lose my outward concern for others and my intellectual curiosity, and then it's like characteristics just turn on and off in that timespan, you think if I improved my memory, I'd be able to recall those phases more vividly and actually associate myself to them? Because now when I look back at them it's very vague and distanced, like I'm remembering, well, more or less someone else's memories
So I thought if I improved my memory I'd be able to remember them better and put myself better in my past selves' shoes and it'd just be much easier for me to return to whatever good states of mind I was in, if only a little, considering just remembering won't undo my current position or everything that led up to my state right now, but anyway. What do you think?

I love steeped green tea and ginger tea! Good thing I love my smoothies too because I'll make a smoothie with Banana, coconut milk, strawberry and Blueberry or I'll make a chocolate peanut butter smoothie with cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, coconut milk, organic peanut butter and a Banana: ) or if I feel like being simple, a Blueberry, coconut milk and kale smoothie

If you are also vegan, you can replace fish with seeds rich in Omega-3 (such as walnuts, hemp seeds, flax seeds or chia seeds) and eggs with Plant Milk (soy, almond, coconut, rice, breakfast cereals, Algae/seaweed and mushrooms.
For example, I have some hemp seed oil capsules and a B12 food supplement spray.

I came to watch this because I'm very forgetful. It affects me a bit in my daily life. I'll forget basic stuff yet I'm able to recall things that happened to me in the past. I won't remember to buy bread as I'm getting milk and soda.
It's funny reading it but it's caused problems between my family and I.

Eggs? Just no. All the claimed nutrients are acquirable from other sources except B12. B12 instead comes from Algae and is best gotten from supplements. Eggs have also been shown before to cause brain fog making any listed benefit here undone. This is a fine list for the rest, but shallowly researched

You dont need to eat fish to get the omega 3s. Fish do not produce them, they contain omega 3s because they eat algae. Just go straight to the source, algae oil is good for you. Fish are not good to consume, high in mercury and other metals, and now they have a lot of micro plastics in them.

Thank you Psych2Go! For continuously caring about our mental health what are some ways you like to incorporate turmeric into your diet? So far what I've tried I can't seem to get past the unpleasant taste of turmeric. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you

lol, I feel healthy now, I only and ONLY have traditional south indian food for all three meals except for when we go to restaurants once in a blue moon: > hehe
I mean- I can't even imagine the torture of having to have cereal for breakfast everyday-; -;

Great video but IMHO you should link some proof, some research paper about what are you talking about, to be more credible and gain trust.
There a lot of articles on ScienceDaily about these topics.

Our mental capacity is highly affected by the flow of blood in our brain, the brain of great scientists is highly similar to that of ours, but the factor which I mentioned above is the deal maker

You forgot one very important food/plant! Rosemary! Drinking, eating and smelling rosemary boost the memory noticeably. Rosemary is all in all a reforcing plant.

Blueberries are my favorite video gaming snack. Not only do they help me focus but unlike chips they don't make a mess of my fingers, screen and controller.

So the best breakfast is spiced scrambled eggs with chocolate, smoked salmon and blueberries and a cup of orange and green tea to wash it down?
reply

Having been a vegan for over 13 years, I'd ditch the eggs and the fish but would and will definitely include the five other foods on the list!

I have a theory which involves you guys looking at a certain researcher for this topic, but I cannot prove this. unless we put it to the test!

Dark chocolate is also a good source of quick energy. They used to give it to us before swimming competitions and atlethic stuff.
