Wow, I really needed this video. Just wrapped up my first year of grad school in social work and was really questioning whether or not I'm on the right path. But I am surrounded by the most caring, supportive classmates. I do feel content although assignments and things have gotten tougher. I am definitely more eager about the future and less focused on the past now. And opportunities and things have been aligning in my favor and I'm super grateful.

Make goals, list them, refer to them but do not spend too much time thinking and dwelling in your future possibilities. Future thinking is at the heart of anxiety, and you can develop a disorder because there's nothing you can do about the future yet--you make a plan and stay in the present. It's the only place where you can do anything, because it is always Now. It is never tomorrow, it can't be yesterday,

I tried to find comfort from these types of videos because senior year is starting and I'm the only creative writing major in or Arts & Design track. The passion that I have for writing is still etched in my mind though I feel doubtful of my decisions but I'm emotionally trying to get used to this feeling and the video was a great help. Thank you

The only one of these that doesn't fit me is feeling good after a hard day's work, because my work is not really satisfying and doesn't lead to anywhere.
I like the job itself, it pays well and is walking distance from me. But it's food service, and I live in a nice neighborhood with people who complain about the smallest things.

In the military married. Deciding if I should reenlist for another 3 years and move states or bite the bullet and get out and start a small business while working a 9-5 job. But I just cant choose Im looking at both paths and they both have pros and cons Im actually stuck and just taking a knee.

The narrator on this video has no emotion or credibility behind her voice. Im really sorry, Im not trying to be mean but the cadence and rhythm made it impossible for me to finish listening it just grates on me when every sentence is practically melodically identical

I know I'm on the right path when I make a decision and have no emotional reason for doing so, like I don't overthink it it just is what I was supposed to do or meant to do. Sort of like a sense of calm or quietness in me.
