Depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors are some examples of mental disorders, which affect your mood, thinking, and behavior for a sustained period of time. The stigma around mental health can sometimes make people afraid to reach out for help or support. Do you often feel detached, tired, uninterested, insomnic, or hypersomic, lost of appetite, or sucidal? These could be some signs that you or someone you know might be dealing with mental health problems. Know someone who is battling mental health problems but not sure what to do? We covered that in another video

I see all of these signs in myself but I know that nobody cares, knowing my friends they've seen these too but still don't care. it's always about themselves, even when I'm hurt I'm always trying to hear them out and give them comfort in a way that's appealing to them, yet at the same time I don't reach out to anyone for help anymore because no one cares- I don't even share that much I tell a single friend one thing like ONLY I'm not feel happy these days, THE BARE MINIMUM, and they make it seem like it's a mood breaker and annoying, that I'm telling them how I'm feeling and just a few words and they immediately they go quiet and change the conversation it literally hurts me so bad I'm crying right now as I type this and I didn't think I actually felt sad by this until now. I feel so lost, confused and alone. There's too much stress, anxiety, and reoccurring trauma in my life rightnow.
I don't know what to do I literally can't tell what kind of mental state I'm in right now I don't know what's happening to me, I'm questioning if I'm even sane anymore people have no idea how many feelings how much emotions and anxiety I have suppressed just for the sake of peace and not ruining someone's day because apparently my feelings are a burden even my parents think this and I hate it, I want to isolate myself from everyone in my life right now but at the same time I know I'm thinking impulsively because of the state I'm in. I'm literally wondering if everything is a delusion right now and I'm in some kind of coma or I got possessed or something- it's literally so bad I have no idea what's going on I just need to be at peace for once, I don't even know what it is I need right now. I wish I could be myself the beginning of last year I was at such peace despite being in so much calamity, I've never been bothered by The Wave people are in my life because I've never wavered from being myself but it feels like everything has changed from the the moment I started trying to act like how others want me to be and I've become too immersed in that I can't recognize myself. There's toxic influences that are literally changing my perception of how I think and how I see things and I can't move them from my life because I have to see them on a daily, they're leaving in a few weeks but I can barely survive even a day with them here does it make sense that you feel like you've suffered from trying to bear so much that now you just can't feel anything and you can't think about and process your emotions.
what is that feeling called? I just want to know what's going on with me I'm hurting so so bad and I have so many responsibilities I have to topple, nobody cares and time is not going to stop for me and that's a sad reality because I just have to keep going in suffering with school and trying to be the top students and all of these expectations but I'm suffering inside, j I can't have any time to myself, I just want everyone to go away because I feel like maybe I'll be able to acknowledge my true feelings I understand and process rather than to just be stuck in this void state where I can't feel anything but I know I'm hurting so bad.
I feel like I have no idea who I am right now I'm trying to familiarize my self with who I know myself as but I can't feel the same way I felt before I can barely feel anything I don't know what's going on.
have I broken down? I haven't been acting like myself lately for a while now I have no idea what's happening to me anymore please somebody help me I just want to know what's happening I'm so scared that I won't be able to recover, I literally want to cry right now.

In regards to the eating issue, I actually find that my severe anxiety levels and horrible mood swings are virtually flatlined on a low carb diet and one without sugar. I find that those 2 things, even more so combined, bring out my absolute worst, and being on the higher end of the autistic spectrum, I have sensitivities to foods as well. Pretty much grains, sugars and processed foods in general cause my anxiety levels and heart rate to absolutely sky rocket within a short space of time, almost to the point where I now have to avoid those foods completely if I want to obtain the ability to cope with doing practically anything that involves concentration and any level of stress. With those foods eradicated, I can cope with driving during rush hour, but add those in and I'm losing my temper and almost giving myself a stroke immediately!
The caveat is the fact that I'm going to struggle with maintaining strength for gym training, work and for dancing 2x a week but it's either that or ending up dead far sooner should the wrong place wrong time scenario take place. Just not worth that at all. Perhaps a relaxed paleo diet calls with a more modernised approach.
Bearing in mind that I'm not cured totally of these symptoms, things just become completely manageable and I can experience peace more often. Something for depressed/anxious people to perhaps try to see if this helps in any way, shape or form.

Battling. is battling you say, nah ah winning, the good good of madness now that's my real father, Satan is ma step fadder, now just imagine me doing that and scining up ma face andsquinting up ma eye, then pausing all dramatic like and saying nah ah ain't go tell them what you planning to do since 1972, because it is very easy for everyone to see because when you breed she, if your plan was with you natty and Andre to make a baby how I get in that if your plan was always to play straight with me, and if thou could play mad and Satan from a father that was always frighten with me, then it's child's play to oh gosh, first with your love and friend ah get gonera, now with ah old hoe you going and stuck me with a mouder,

Yes absolutely true. I have complex-ptsd, trauma, major depression and anxiety and ocd not counting all my other health issues. I have a great doctor who's doing the best they can to truly help me. I have an excellent counselor as well. I take my medications everyday like my doctor tells me to do. I'm not going to lie. I struggle almost everyday with my complex ptsd and major depression and anxiety and ocd. I went through severe trauma in my childhood and most of my adult life. I go at my own pace and take it day by day. I'm disappointed in myself for not getting better faster but each person is different and unique.

Those eight symptoms describe the common attitudes and behaviors of the general population. It's no wonder so many don't take this seriously, it seems like a hustle. It's a list of symptoms FAR too common to be considered ABNORMAL. They are TYPICAL!
1 thru 4 as well as 7 and 8 have been me since I was about 8 years old. It's what everyone competes or fights over, which one of us has it worse? Life isn't perfect, but we're ingrates because we often forget our lives could be so much worse. We're living IMPERFECT lives of luxury and take it for granted.

What if it was actually the person at the sink? Sounds funny. But so often the people that are having a mental problem are not so obvious. I went to chess tournaments for years and played against a person many times. Thought I had a reasonable understanding of the person. He seemed someone who you would envy. Then found out he had committed suicide. You could have never expected it from talking to him. People's thoughts can be so hidden from us.

I saw a quote that say If you have the strength to take your life, why not use that strength to win it, i wish it was that easy, i mean which seems more reasonable, end your life with minutes of suffering in the process or trying to win for the next fifty years everyday.
i know this sounds out of context but to everyone who sees this, if you want to win it(life, you'll have to be stronger than you are now.

After watching this, I thought that I am also going through the same like losing interest in everything, no appetite, no good sleep and always changing my mood which is not me. Due to my working conditions and demanding boss, I started to feel tired and angry. They never care about that since money is everything for my boss. My coworkers are betraying me at the back too. So now I am really losing hope.

Hello everyone, if you are struggling with mental health issues, know you are not alone. I am currently struggling with mental health issues, such as anxiety every single day since the year began. Approximately 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues each year. Keep on fighting this mental health issue and you will find it gets better. We will always SUCCEED!

Problem with the system is that a person isn't allowed to interfere in another adult's life even if you highly suspect is they have mental problems. The law states that as long as they are not a danger to themselves there is absolutely nothing a person can do if the individual with the mental illness refuses to seek help.

God loves you. I have family with little or lot of these issues. One eats healthy no pill s very little health issue. And other family member who takes pills some of these symptoms. With professional help. Make sure you take care of self. Everyone has the symptoms but some people control better then others it's ok.

A kid in my cooking class asked why I always look so tired and now it just unlocked a new insecurity: D
I look tired all the time cause my depression causes me to sleep later than usual. I usually fall asleep by 8/9 but I go to bed at 12/1 am now

Food For Thought: Your mental health is more important than the test, the interview, the lunch date, the meeting, the family dinner, and the grocery run. Always remember to take care of your mental health.

Connect with God and meditate His words, to get rid of mental health problems. Most of mental health problems comes from spiritual baggages or dominion of dark spirits.
