Trust issues can harm your relationship as well as your chances of happiness. It is important to be mindful of signs of trust issues in relationships so as to best understand and thus move past them. If there is unease and suspicion in your relationship, trust issues might be at the core of it. So, do you relate to any of these signs?

All of these are me.
Regaining trust in others is a painful task when those you gave your trust to hurt you the most.
My former friend changed and became my bully, I don't understand social interactions that well so I wasn't aware that I was being hurt until someone told me I just thought that's how friends are. I now have trust issues with friends I don't know if their actually my friends or if they'll stab me in the back so I'm always on edge around other people.
I had several online relationships that ended horribly 1 where the person faked their death and the other almost stole my identity both because I can't see the faces of those people and because I don't understand social interactions. I am now deathly terrified of any online relationship hurting me.
All of these are my fault cuz I can't read signs and get myself into trouble without even knowing it. I can't make any new friends anywhere, I am always looking over my shoulder for the next attack even when it never comes and thus social paralyzation interferes with finding new jobs or networking with people cuz I always see how I can be used in all these situations so I just avoid them completely.

Great video! BTW. This is not spamming but I just try my best to deliver this request to you.
Please make videos about.
1. Difference between Delusional disorder, schizotypal personality disorder, schizophrenia(without hallucinations)
2. Difference of paranoia in BPD and schizophrenia
3. Sadistic Personality Disorder vs love of horror and how to not to be a strange person in front of the society.
4. Why we feel lonely without friends and also be anxious about having them + thinking that we don't deserve them as we're victimized by sloth(whatever, what is this? how to overcome these)
5. Signs that you don't have dementia but a different memory issue.
Also the difference between Separation Anxiety Disorder, Dependent Personality Disorder and fear of abandonment(if nightmares could explain it better, add them too.
Liminal Spaces and relevant psychology - What causes me to like strange horror based places and hate childhood places which bring anxiety, evening being so harsh + Why I feel very unpleasant with this kind of music. (Sad, losing a loved one, future etc)

Hi, I'm a 15 yr old. I always replay conversations and parts of conversations in my head and I completely get lost in it. I act as if I am in those situations and I think about them often. Whenever I listen to songs or lectures i cant fully focus it's like I'm in some situation. I feel separated from the environment. Whenever I'm excited i keep imagining things and I cant control it. This has been troubling me a lot. It will be so kind of you if you could let me know about this.

I was in toxic friendships from a very young age, and I have trouble opening up or connecting with new people. Even my entire school is toxic, it s a very religious private school that I ve gone to for over 3 years. Everyone at school knows me as being the weird, childish, violent, offensive kid when all of that stuff about me was made up by ex friends as an excuse for leaving me just so I can be alone again. I feel betrayed.

Sat alone at my college dining hall when I knew two of my good floor mates (friends) were there. They scared the hell out of me when they asked why I did that, after all, I was distracted with eating. Point is, I definitely learned it s necessary to be unafraid to open up and especially be okay with rejection because that fear caused this situation in the first place.

Dating a guy like this for the past two years, it s pretty extreme. When I try to talk to him about feelings, I hit a wall. I understand a bit of why he is the way he is but constantly thinking it s something that I did. Finally coming to terms with the fact that it has ruined our relationship and trying to just move on but it hurts.

I knew that I have trust issues well before this vid but 9/10 the vibe I get off ppl tends to be right and the 1/10 is where I loose what little trust I have for people bc the bads slip through from time to time and it s not always dating. But thanks for another relatable vid

This couldn't have come at a better time. Feels like I can trust no one due to having been hurt so many times and having any trust shattered in an instant. Doesn't help with feeling like something is wrong with me as of recent with how much any trust in others I had was destroyed.

One of those videos where I tell myself Hey! It's Me! as soon as I see the title.
Definitely have trust issues. Lots of lifelong friends just stopped hanging out. Got ghosted a whole lot, too. Opened up too easily apparently. Shit sucks.

Lately I've noticed I have a hard time putting commitment into new relationships and this video pointed out that I really do have trust issues.
Anyone got any tips on how I can improve myself and get rid of my trust issue?

It s not just romantic relationships, it s all of them. I don t even mean to it just happens. I find similarities, but I stay close, because i feel like it s unfair to judge people on how or what I m feeling.

I didn't need this video to know I do. But also, my boyfriend was using dating apps and lied to me. Now he is trying to make up for It but my feelings are gone. When there's no trust, there's no relationship.

10 MIN AGO? And also if it isn't too much to ask for, can you make a video on falling inlove too easily? Like how to cope with it or just a comfort video
