it would have multiple people running the country to represent all ethnicities
because one ethnicity can't run the country because all the others wouldn't be happy.

Main reason Yugoslavia will never unite again is because Croatia would never accept Belgrade as capital nor Serbs would Zagreb. Yugoslavia could only work if one of those countries is not in it.

I never knew why people say Kosovo is part of Serbia. It's not. Do they do what Serbia says? No? Then it's a country as far as I'm concerned. Same with Taiwan.

The more I look into it, the less I see why Slovenia and Croatia are different countries. The other 5/4 countries are pretty understandably divided.
