Your map of the Austro-Hungarian empire is not correct. Serbia was never part of it (apart from a brief occupation during WWI, but this particular bit of Serbia - Vojvodina - was Hungarian at the time, it was only added to Serbia after Yugoslavia became a country.

honestly, I'd be surprised if no one claimed this after watching this video, since they could easily make a county that bordered one of the largest rivers for trading and tourism in the world.
