I don't know, there's seems to be something that is not right about this story. Okay it is getting cold. Then move the animals together so they can benefit from each others body heat instead of keeping them sepereated. And no bedding for the animals either Just cold steel to lay on Furthermore, there is no back up to the heating system What about directing heat from the engines into the areas of the animals There's many things overlooked in the script of the video or movie. Common sense things that anyone flying a space ship would be aware of. Or anyone who has raised animals would be aware of. The Dad just seems to be always trying to get by instead of doing the right thing. And is why he ends up failing. That's the lesson

Dam it, lost my Dad when I was 3yrs old died in accident now I am 63yrs old 3 time watched this over 2 yrs I am still crying like a baby everytime. of course I sub, and save
