Antichamber, entire game is like one giant CBT (cerebellum and brain torture)
Sifu boss sequences get really trippy, with surroundings changing for whatever reason
Signal from Tolva, exploring buildings from inside is trippy and non-euclidean
Marathon (thanks to Mandalore for reminding that one in his recent videos) had this colony ship for sale cheap, also trippy at some places
Control, some of its levels had this trippy ambiance
I really wish that more games had this unconventional twist amidst overall mundane experience and exceptional graphics, (I consider FEAR 2 stealth ninjas and Control hiss THE best enemy graphical effects, feels like enemies burn into your retina and fiddle with your perception itself to make them less recognisable)

The basement labyrinth in Silent Hill 2 actually gave me a migraine. I had to turn the game off until it went away after a couple days. The first Silent Hill has a moment like that too in the school or hospital, can't quite remember, where you walk into a bathroom and leave again but you're suddenly on a different floor I think? It's been a while.

I actually find Auriza Side Tomb to be much more confusing than Leyndell Catacombs. Maybe it's because I went to Auriza first, so the Leyndell one doesn't really confused me as much. But my god, that double dimension shit in Auriza really messed with me I swear I thought I broke the game.

Oh man I love running into stuff like this, only in videogames can your brain be messed with on this level. Where you/your character is in the middle of it all. Also, how the hell have I never played a Fromsoftware before, just so much videogame-ness I have skipped. But no more!

Some sections in ghostrunner can be pretty mind bending. There is this part where you are just running down a corridor and you seem to be getting no where, you turn arround and go no where for a bit then turn around again and finally you can get to the end of the corridor

The Stanley Parable is one of the best times I ve had playing an indie game! I ve never actually had that feeling of being tricked, and laughed at in a video game before. It was so weird but was such a hilarious experience, definitely worth playing if you haven t!

Almost all NPC side quest from Dark Souls series, especially the alternate ending for Dark Souls 3, with the Londor guys. And Sirris. Yeah you know what I mean. Yeah these arent exactly levels, but just frustrating to comeback to and finish them

I've always felt left out of all the references to the CoD: Black Ops games since I tapped out of the series after MW2 (2009) but it's kinda cool when you guys flesh things out in your videos. Spank you, Gameranx.

What s really messed up about Vault 106 from F3 is that it shows what s going on in the Lone Wanderers head. After seeing hallucinations of James(dad) & Amata, I really felt bad for the character.

I just recently purchased and started playing the Batman Arkham series for the first time and the first scarecrow lever really had me on the edge of my seat. It was so awesome and different

I couldn't even get to that Black Ops 2 Level. Cause after BO1, anything Treyharch did looked just cheesy. That game was legend. They raised the bar too high just like IW did with MW2.

You gotta checkout the unreal chambers in Portal 2. Go back and play it if you haven't. I never knew there was a lot of great community created maps beyond the story and they're awesome.
