10 HARDEST Video Game Choices That Made Us Sweat [Pt 2] While not a binary choice in the same way as laid out in this list, I always agonize over the character creation options at the beginning of some games, especially if I can't change them later. Even the cosmetic choices make me nervous because I know there is no way I will be able to resist the temptation to change the chin shape of my character if I didn't like the way it looked in the cutscenes. I'm pretty sure I've had to sit through Commander Shepherd pushing people out of the way to watch Joker take the Normandy through the mass relay in the opening scene of Mass Effect a million times for all the restarting I've had to do. Y'all perfectionists know what I'm talking about.

13: 13 It's not quite true that the consequences of Morrigan's ritual haven't been felt in the franchise. Spoiler:
In Inquisition, her son, Kieran, is actually a gentle kid and the archedemon soul seems purified by having to cohabitate his body. However, Kieran casually allows the archdemon's soul to be extracted and absorbed by his grandmother Flemeth, and it's revealed that Flemeth is actually the host of a slain elven goddess. The connection between the archdemons and elven gods is currently unknown.

I always thought it was a old message, that the vault 34 dweller's left, so I always chose to help the NCR croppers instead(because I always thought they were the ghouls that got released after making the decision) it wasn't until awhile ago, I discovered that it actually freed them.
But yeah, it was definitely a morale dilemma, the lives of the few vs the lives of many who rely on the crops that come from the farmers and the farmers jobs too as a whole.

1979 Revolution Black Friday: one part of the story, a revolutianary leader ask you to investigate who is the traitor in the cell, before you can cross reference everyone saying, boom, the goverment attack and you MUST finger someone before you can move on with the story, it s not a binary choice, then your choice doesn't bite you, but during the rest of the game somewhere in a corner of your mind you know you probably fingered an innocent.

I mean. Tha Saints row the third one seems only hard at first tho. You can only choose one yes, but at first. After you to both missions (the one with the choice and the follow-up) you can just reload your save and complete the mission again, this time picking the other option. Not only this is required for 100% of the game, but the mission now it's gone too. Because that's the way you complete it, doing the both choices.

you can pick you pokemon then save it to pokemon home.
and just restart.
until you have all 3 pokemon.
also it does not really matter mostly I choose fire.
but if would like not take it, there Is usually a fire type pokemon somewhere early in game.
most of the time a vulpix or growlith.
or ponita in archeus.
charizard might be awsome, but blastoise is stronger. :P
in a duel.

Nier Automata's ending actually was the hardest choice I had to make, but also the most no-brainer choice. I didn't particularly like it, but as it came to a close I felt it necessary to do and I didn't try to cheat the system or otherwise circumvent the consequences.
Just kind of felt like the right thing to do. Probably one of the most complete and fulfilling endings in any game I've ever played.

Pulling the trigger. Mgs3 on the boss. It technically is a choice. I sat there for a long time, hoping it would just happen without my input. 3rd birthday was pretty much the exact same thing. Both were crazy hard for me.
Killing Meryl in mgs, was hard for me to do. It is a choice to let her die or save her. I wanted the stealth gear, but couldn't ever do it.

Im not sure that Morigan's plan necessarily created the anti christ. I personally went with it due to the i fact i believe that it was the better option. They repeatedly do the same thing over and over and almost got everything destroyed because the Grey Wardens were almost all dead. Could her plan backfire yeah, but it could also be a long term solution.

I delete ALL my save files when I'm done with a game.
No reason to have them, if I won't be using them again.
I come from a time when that was normal. You had a memory disc with limited space. Old games get deleted so there is space for new game files.
And since I've beaten many thousands of games, can't store them all.

To be honest I can't see how the Nier decision is hard because is a linear RPG game, if it was a MMORPG or a Sandbox game with an open ended gameplay and a ton of character progression I will be devastated, but a linear RPG is a game that I probably would not touch again and if I want to replay will be with a new playthrough.

I really enjoyed the video, but the gameranx crew should chip in for a thesaurus. How many times do you need to say Basically? Small gripe I know and yet not repeating the same words or phrase every time one wishes to simplify, get to the bottom, or sum up an idea. a larger vocabulary helps get the point across.

Ngl. the Morrigan choice wasn't a tough one to make. Not even from a moral standpoint. I was a grey warden, my duty was to destroy the archdemon, not worry about the consequences of its destruction. That can be the. blue wardens problem or whatever order arises to handle my demonspawn child.

I mean. I think Fallout 3 for me was scary as I was a teenager at the time. I felt like all of my choices mattered and felt horrible when my attempts to fix things made them worse. Tranquility lane was a horrible place that did a good job creeping me out
