Ps5 - 2 years later

happy to finally have one now, regardless. Funny enough my current favorite PS5 experience has been Astro's playroom, just because the quality and polish of that game, it's easter eggs/playstation references, and the amazing use of the controller has made it such a unique experience!
if anyone has any reccs for other PS5 games that really use the controller in a unique way please let me know!

Last year I had to do it very sneakily. I had to buy Walmart Plus for the month so I could get first grab on restock. And it was supposed to drop at 12 but I was working at my brand new job. So I tasked my best friend to help me out. And their internet crapped out at 11: 52. So I had to try to work, keep my phone going, they sold out immediately but I was put in a queue so I couldn't let my phone turn off and I just barely got it. Shit was wack.

2 years later and there are barely any new games and most of them are available on ps4. What a useless generation. They should have delayed the new generation till they make games for it. Basically you're buying a new generation which had a price increase two years into it's life when it should have had a price cut instead or atleast kept the price as it was and you just get it to play old games faster.

Got mine day one. 2 years later I'm sitting at it being a meh. 1st year games were scarce so barely touched it, and 2nd year in kinda same, barely any good games, anything available is also available on PC and any exclusives have been slowly rolling out to PC. Not worth the pricetag probably gonna sell and upgrade PC GPU tbh

I got a ps5 on the third wave and well, it really just feels like I got a ps4 pro max if you get what I mean, there's not many exclusives on the ps5 rn (granted more than before but that's to be expected) I genuinely can't wait for the closing on the ps4 era when mostly everyone can get their hands on this beast of a system

I changed my mind. Sony lost me this is BS its STILL impossible to get them, cant buy on Amazon cant buy anywhere. I will not buy SONY doesn't deserve my money now. I will wait and pray for a GOW pc port. Sorry but 23 million scalped consoles shouldnt count. what the TOTAL install base? Its not 24 million guranteed

I m still not sure whether to buy a ps5 or a series X because ps5 is a better console and will have the remake of Kotor, but series X has the ability for me to play starfield which looks amazing, also because I also have an Xbox one s me and my dad can play halo 5 and infinite coop.

I've had one for over a year now and I can't lie I've been a bit disappointed with the lack of games that have genuinely made use of the next-gen hardware. Hopefully the likes of God of War 2, Spiderman 2 etc. change that soon. But apart from that the PS5 is just a great console.

Finally getting one. if you pc game and are lucky enough to get mid to high end gaming pc. u didn't miss much besides only a few exclusives. besides that. the ps5 is okay but not essential to gaming at this point like I felt before in other generations

I bought mine today, what a coincidence. that's how difficult it is to buy one, like still after two years. Now i just hope they don't release a pro version anytime soon, i bought it from a scalper as there's no way you are going to find one in India

Got mine couple months ago, before i had the very first edition ps4. At first it was really strange to play on 60fps, it was to quick for me Recently i turn back my ps4, now i understand the meaning of FPS.

Luckily my wife managed to get me one on launch. Love it & love the wife ofcourse. Went through 2 controllers so far due to drifting which is abit frustrating but other that, I'm still a happy man.

I have 1 in my living room and 1 in my bedroom. Love it! Playing God of War Ragnarok at the moment and its awesome. Can't wait for the next year of gaming, some good games coming out soon.

I bought my PS5 in June, already the controller is junk. Extreme, but intermittent drift.
Game breaking in NMS, slightly annoying in Skyrim World Map.
It's very weird though.

After 2 years i've never seen a PS5 at the electronics stores in my area. I've only seen them online for 750+ which I am not gonna pay since I could buy a nice RTX 3080 for that money
