Another remaster of a good looking game, if they love to make remasters now, why not remaster actual old games that fans actually want and that we can't play on PS4 and PS5 like infamous 1 and 2, god of war 1 and 2 like they did with 3, old Ratchet and Clank's. They can make money and keep fans happy with remasters. Where is their market research people I doubt that what they gather from fans is they want last of us part 2, horizon, days gone remaster. At this point we should get spiderman 2, god of war 2018 and ragnarok remasters. I don't understand, they killed so many franchises, barely make new exclusives/sequels to games that people want. Since ps plus tiers, selling the stick drift solution with replacements for their 200$ dualsense they probably make so much money that way that their don't care anymore.

Just FYI blue price is a bit different than you thought. What they have done is very interesting. There are two core puzzle elements to the game: placing rooms and the puzzles within the rooms that you figure out through iteration. Room placement is a challenge because you CAN'T change them once you put them down and you get a selection of random rooms every time you step through a new door. Most runs end when you run out of time or get blocked in by bad room placement or unlucky room placement. I really liked the demo and can't wait for it to come out.

DAYS GONE: Remastered is the only game I'm looking forward to
I'm playing DAYS GONE at the moment and when I play a game that I like
I want more of that game
And when I want something
And I get it
It makes me happy
And if I'm happy
Thats all that matters

It was a pretty good state of play tbh. There was a lot I was interested in. The 2 games that are new IP's that really caught my eye were Tides of Annihilation and MindsEye. Really looking forward to playing both games. Metal Eden, Darwins Paradox, and Directive 8020 all look interesting. Super hyped for Onimusha, Sonic Racing, and Shinobi!

I'm glad you started putting the full description to time stamps again rather than #10 - #9 etc. You guys were actually causing people to skip to the next time stamp just to find out what it is. I understand you were trying to encourage people to get curious and watch the whole video but it had the opposite effect.

This state of play, wasn't good, wasn't bad either, just disappointed that Insomniac's Wolverine, RE9/RE Remake, Ghost of Yotei, 1945 Rise of Hydra wasn't announced, like just a small gameplay trailer or release date trailer would've been good, but Im more disappointed in myself for expecting anything from Sony

Am surprised Lost Soul Aside wasn't mentioned, it was a game started by 1 person, another Chinese dev though like Tides of Annihilation and MGS Delta. What am looking forward to most are the 3 mentioned above, Digimon, Stellar Blade (PC release in June) and Onimusha. Dang, all Eastern games.

This was a weird one. A lot of the stuff looked really cool, but I would give it all up for Wolverine gameplay and the return of 1 of Infamous, Resistance, Killzone, Sly, Jake and Daxter or Motorstorm. Plus, with the sequel canceled, a Day Gone rerelease just seems like a waste of time.

Darwin’s Paradox reminds me of Inside by playdead and this too looks good! I’m really not a fan of the side scroller games but Inside was actually phenomenal and had me on the edge of my seat the whole 2-3 hours. If you haven’t played Inside I would definitely check it out!

I made the right choice getting a gaming laptop instead of a PS5. There hasn't been a single PS5 exclusive that gave me FOMO in the 5 years since it dropped. PS5 confirms that all odd-numbered PlayStations are a massive letdown (PS1 was only given a number retroactively.

6: 30 ToA is literally FF16 in the city, with a female main protagonist. The little girl even looks like Joshua with the red cloak and all. I'm all for it, though. But hearing Fal compare it to GoW and Elden Ring was beyond cringe.
reply

Almost every game looks generic as hell and probably isnt even worth trying. I don't expect new GoW or Witcher or RDR2, but make an effort and give me something nice to play. Most of the stuff presented is simply not worth my time.

I played days gone and loved it, I platinumed the game and did everything. Therefore I don’t want to buy the game because I’ve done everything, conversely I want to buy the game to show Sony we want a days gone 2. The conundrum.

If you've not played the original ps2 Onimusha trilogy, check out the re-releases. It's an alternate series to Resident Evil, the gameplay's about half way between RE and Devil May Cry. Looking forward to the new Onimusha.

Can there be a video game where the female MC is brown or tanned Forspoken ruined the representation and there’s barely any NEW games where the women are dark-skinned. It’s like South Asians don’t exist.

I think it's incredibly humorous that for the Metal Eden section, RIGHT as Falcon is saying that it has no wall-running, and that he liked the wallrunning from Titanfall, there's footage of wallrunning in Metal Eden
reply

How is The Midnight Walk not on this list! It was the most incredible- and imaginative-looking game in the whole show by far. And it's a hybrid game too, so also coming to VR, which could look astounding.

11: 13 Days Gone is an amazing game that you the critics took charge of destroying on the first weeks after launch. Luckily it was fixed and survived being niche and now hopefully it'll get a sequel
reply

Idk if anyone can relate, but I hope they add the option to increase the fov in metal eden, cuz to me it feels like that's the only thing that's wrong with it for me (from the looks of it at least)
