TLJ actually shows Snoke was never on the Supremacy.
Snoke created all the Reylo MIND LINKS including the one at the end of the film, when Snoke was suppose to be dead.
TLJ showed how POWERFUL Snoke is, and how the Skywalkers would never be able beat Snoke specifically how easily Ben Solo could be MIND MANIPULATED.
Snoke was FORCE PROJECTING the whole time in TLJ. as he was completing Kylo's training. by getting Kylo to kill his good side.
TLJ clearly showed Kylo Ren has killed Ben Solo. This is why Rey has now completely rejected Kylo. Ben Solo is now dead.
JJ Abrams had a reason for Han to feature in Ep 7 and Kylo kills him. and then Luke features in Ep 8 and Kylo (wants to) kills him. and then Kylo tries to kill Leia on the Rebell base and tries to kill Rey on the Supremacy and in the Millennium Falcon.
Ben Solo is now dead. just as JJ Abrams wanted for Ep 9. Luke telling Leia no one is ever truly gone means Han when he handed her the Die.
Darth Vader never killed Anakin as Obi wan had told Luke. This is why Luke did not kill Vader in ROTJ, and why his father was able to be saved.
Kylo Ren is nonredeemable. Ben Solo will not be saved. Kylo Ren will be killed by Rey in Ep 9.

Lando will die 10 minutes after he is seen.
Act 1. Poe or Finn is already captured or Leia (won't show us how) and Rey saves him/her from the bad guy boss. Lando will be part of the rescue and have to dress up as an old woman but gets shot.
Act 2. Rey leads Poe and Finn on a mission to destroy StarKiller Base #2. (Resistance spies stole the plans but we won't see that happen)
Act 3. Rey surrenders to Kylo, Kylo admits he was the one who let the spies steal the secret plans and location of StarKiller Base #2 and tries to talk Rey into joining him. Snoke pops up alive (or ghost of Palpatine) and badly hurts Kylo. Rey Kills Snoke easy (this time for real) or Rey uses her magic to wish Palpatine away forever.
Rey kisses dying Kylo which tunes him good but then Kylo dies and becomes a Force Ghost and stands with Yoda, Kenobi, Anakin and Luke.
THE END.
Wait. Broom Boy gets his own trilogy thanks to Rian Johnson.
Sadly, this could actually happen.
Option 2.
Rey finds a Jedi Temple (just like Ezra) and opens a time portal and pulls Luke back to life or she jumps in and goes back to change Ep7 & 8 herself (making Ep9 two parts and over 4 hours long when combined)

Including Mara as Rey's mother and Luke as her father is just a desperate attempt to try and save Rey's parentage. It won't be the answer to an excited mystery, but an attempt to appease the fans by bringing in something/someone from SW Legacy.
And Mara being hinted at as Luke's wife in the novelization doesn't count, because Disney, themselves, have said these new novels don't matter. And if they say they don't matter, then they don't matter. Luke's wife in the novel was just a dream, a fantasy about how his life might've been if he'd stayed on Tatooine.

Disney knows that the Last Jedi was a borefest so now they are reversing what was ruined. Of course they will just say it was intended all along. The only person who can make these movies the right way is George. I think we've seen that twice already. They are using George's Star Wars template but the new characters and story is boring and overdone. Abrams is overrated and tries so hard to create something he is incapable of creating. If Disney wanted to hit a home run they should have brought back all the original characters for the Force Awakens(including Lando) and then went with George's script after for the last two movies. Would have been great to see Luke revisit Degobah. Would have been really great to see the new Characters/Jedi save the lives of the old characters and then pass the torch.

Will Looper not a big fan of the new characters because the way they did Luke Skywalker in episode 8 these movies the set of movies here are supposed to be about Luke Skywalker's Adventures you know I like the new characters unless Luke is alive I can really care less about stoke and the rest of them I don't know what JJ is going to pull out of his hat a long-time Star Wars fans I saw the original movies multiple times and theaters I saw the Last Jedi only once I'm hoping that JJ will have a heart and bring Luke back and have him part of the heroes that saved the Galaxy cosmic ray and Luke should be the ones to start a new Jedi Order good night and May the force be with you

Episode 9 is going to flop unless they remake episode 7 and 8. too many things don't make sense.
Episode 7 Kylo ren stops a blaster shot so he seems like a well trained user of the force, and then the rest of the movie and episode 8 he's just a stumbling idiot with anger issues who can't even take someone out who isn't even trained in using a lightsaber OR the force. it is just total bad writing and it feels forced.
too many things out of place that don't make sense, too little character development etc. etc. I'm going to be completely honest here. but The prequels were better. even thought it wasn't great they had more to offer then episode 7, 8 so far.

Nothing can save this franchise. They denied us the reunion between the big 3 and just took the wettest, splatteriest shit all over the SW universe with these trash movies. They should really be fined or do some time in prison. What would happen to someone who spray painted the Mona Lisa or some other artwork? That's basically what Rian, JJ and Kathleen did to Star Wars. Disney is dead to me. My children will have nothing touched by them. I will do no business with stores that carry their products. I will use all my free time to bring ruin upon them. DISNEYO DELENDA EST!

Well I personally cant wait for episode 9! Too bad so many Star Wars fans choose to be so salty and negative about this new trilogy. I get that the original trilogy is iconic and the best because it was the first but its pretty ignorant to expect all other Star Wars films to be the same. Its a new generation that calls for new Star Wars characters and story lines. Its not perfect by any means but Im blown away by many aspects like Kylo Ren and Reys characters. So boycott episode 9 all you want. In the meantime, Ill enjoy my excitement.

If these rumours are true then JJ might be able to salvage this debacle after all. I like the idea of the first order gaining ascendancy and the resistance having to expose their evil doing. I'll wait to see what the general consensus is before i go and see this one, unlike TLJ which i saw twice thinking it will get better the second time. It actually got worse. I actually like JJ's stories [except TFA which was just a dumbed down star wars] so im holding onto hope that the next one will be really good. Finger crossed!
