Head dive into desert w/o aquafina ). sucked.
And so on. but I liked the darned thing! Yeah, they tried not to take them selves to serious. but, let's pass on the cheesy takes. just a little bit of a letdown! hopefully the next one will do better, and you can bet there's going to be a next one, Hollywood just can't help themselves!

DC really has to step up their game.
this movie was so plain, and blank.
no emotions, no nothing to get you drown into the STORY(what makes a good movie enjoyable)
the plot was just broken.
fell asleep watching it.
smh. besides that. the action scenes were good.
the only thing i enjoyed while watching aquaman was my beer. lol
4/10.

I wanted to see more of the Brine, The Kingdom of the Deserters, The Kingdom of the Fishermen instead of just glimpses. The Thor style transformation with Atlan's trident was great. I wasn't surprised when Arthur's telepathic powers amplified with Atlan's trident and seeing it in full force looked. In a way he was able to bend it to his will.

How were some Atlantians not able to breathe air like the guy who stuck his head in a toilet after his suit broke and some other Atlantians were, like the guy who trained Arthur on the beach when he was younger? I thought because Aquaman was a half breed only he could do both, but it doesn't explain the others.

I think in the DCEU version Black Manta will decide if he is gonna save Aquababy or not but in a surprise twist he saves him. Then he tells Aquaman that You didn't save my father. But I'm not that heartless to let an innocent child die.

The trident, as shown by the lightning coming off it gives some hydrokinesis. you can infer it, like in the comics gives the power for tsunamis and storms etc
