You're wrong in one regard: while the Soul stone affords the ability to visit the spirits of the dead, and can kill or resurrect (plus steal, restore, or completely rewrite a being's soul, the sacrifice to obtain it is meant to be permanent (as Red Skull mentions, the sacrifice of a loved one is required so that whoever possesses it fully understands its power.

Mar Vel used the space stone in the 1980s not 90s because the Captain Marvel takes place during the 90s also I haven't seen Age of Ultron but I dont think Ultron was born from the Mind Stone, Ultron is born and we see a lot of messed up stuff Man does and he then decides to kill of humans it was Vision who was born with the Mind Stone

Isn't having the reality stone alone enough to be able to do all things you could do with all 6 stones?
Like change the reality of the universe where only half of the beings are alive, or change the reality where you have all 6 stones. i mean the possibility is endless with it. or am i missing something?

No hate but Thanos species lived for ever. I think idk and why did peter almost die when he hold the power stone when in guardians of the galaxy volume 2 its revealed hes a god? I think the power stone is the one that only hurts because Loki held the space stone

Thanos didn't murder everyone. He only killed half or spared them to let the Infinity Stones decide their fate. He also didn't use the Power Stone against Hulk or Loki. To use the stones with the gauntlet, he has to close his fist.
