You forgot one pic about Toy Story 3. Instead of that movie's story we know, the movie's story would have been way different, darker and depressing. It would focus on Buzz being sent to China to be repaired. Soon, Woody and the other toys discover that Buzz was not sent to China to be repaired, but, to be DESTROYED. So, Woody forms a rescue party with the other toys to go to China to rescue him. This movie's story is way different from Toy Story 3's story. It's way depressing, more darker and more risk-taking. Also, this movie was in plans to produced only by Disney, and not by Pixar itself. Also, I found some drawings about the screenplay for the movie, and I learned that Buzz, while he was going to be destroyed, he meets other toys, who are in the list of being destroyed as well. I'm so thankfully that they scraped this screenplay and story, and made a new one, who is way better, way emotional, and with an amazing ending. Anyone else excited for Toy Story 4? I am!

10. Would have loved to see Aladdins mom in the film. Proud Of Your Boy is a BEAUTIFUL song.
9. Like you said Emily I loved Judys optimism was awesome. Wild Times would have been cool to see though.
8. Interesting. Definitely liked Tangled much better the way it is.
7. I loved UP the way it is.

Also I dont know if they count as they are straight to video movies but Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas was originally going to be set after the first movie and have Gastons brother get revenge on Belle and the Prince and The Little Mermaid: Ariels Beginning was also gonna be set after the first movie and somehow involve a plot about a White Whale with a horn possibly a Narwhal. Theres a storyboard for it on The the films homepage on Disney Wikia. Also originally in Wreck-It Ralph Fix It Felix was going to be with Ralph and Vanellope throughout the movie instead of Calhoun.

Woody wasn't actually the bad guy. I've seen the interviews and even the story reel and Pixar wasn't being allowed to make what eventually became the movie we know. The higher-ups (specifically Jeffrey Katzenberg) we're telling them to make all these changes resulting in Woody coming off as a jerk-of-a-character. Katzenberg realized his mistake when he saw how bad it was and backed off, which was an odd thing for him to do, but in this case the only thing he could do (sadly he didn't do it because it would have been the right thing to do.

Scar as the Foster Father would have been 1) pretty dark being raised by your father's murderer and 2)near suicide for Scar. Simba grew to be a very strong lion living teh slacker lifestyle, and without the warrior/hunter life lions usually do. Growing up under the tutelage of other lions/lionesses, especially those that KNOW what Scar did it, Simba would grow up to be a nightmare Scar would need to stop at nothing to defeat.

(Talk about the scraped version of Zootopia) if I ever got the opportunity to make a film myself, I would use the scraped version of Zootopia and let some other studio make this film (Not Disney and I think it'll be better as an R rating)

Monsters University sucked. It took all of the magic and all of the symbolizm right out of the original, and it was likely the first nail in Pixar's coffin. Incredibles 2 and Finding Dory being two others, while the latter actually functioned as like 20 nails. Pixar is quickly being overshadowed by Disney again.

A few things from Coco:
1. Hector would've been been a tour bus guide.
2. Ernesto would've destroyed Hector's guitar (as it was originally going to be what got Miguel home.
3. Ernesto would've been destroyed by disappearing with the marigold bridge from being on it at sunrise.

foster dad scar would have been an amazing plot! Would have loved to see that instead of the characters of timon and pumbaa whom i have never really liked much. and sequel to monsters inc would have been 10000 times better than the trash that was monsters university

So would have preferred a sequel to Monsters Inc. rather than a prequel. In my opinion the whole story seemed superfluous, of Mike wanting to become a scarier, since, in the end, all the energy in the Monster world runs on laughter, not screams. So, what did it matter?

I wish that in Frozen, they kept Elsa as a bad guy. It would have been more interesting to see Elsa staring out as a villian (like she was in the book) but is redeemed by Anna who reminds her how close they used to be, instead of a lame villian twist on Hans.

Wait, you're telling me that Zootopia as almost interesting? That's a shame, but I guess at some point down the line the writers realized they were being too creative, so instead scrapped it to settle on making a generic buddy cop movie for kids.

We were lucky enough not to get Woody as the bad guy in the final version of Toy Story. Good thing they kept him as a bad guy in the Black Friday reel and not in the final version!

I also heard that in some of the earlier drafts for the lion king, Scar was supposed to be a baboon. Rafiki would have been a cheetah in that version.
