10 Celebs Who Had to Drop Out of Dancing With The Stars So many times you hear those wonderful stories about people who refused to quit even when their bodies were telling them not to keep going. Those were all fiction! I remained a professional dancer into my 40s because I really listened to my body and when it was hurt I relented and put my dancing shoes on hold. I got to be onstage twice as long as most professionals because of it. Let them back I say!\r\n

Jeannie Mai deserves to comeback the most & I hope they can either bring her back next season as either a veteran or a cohost for Tyra Banks or save her for a Dancing With The Stars All Stars Season since the next season is Season 30! Jeannie really wanted it the most out of all these celebrities!

I feel sorry for Sarah Evans and it just goes to show that you shouldn't leave your married husband at home all by himself, while he is pleasuring himself in front of the computer, and while your own son is traumatized and scared for life.

What about James van der Beek? He dropped out when his wife had a miscarriage and he needed to be home. He was looking like he could win the Mirror Ball that season. Love to see him get another chance

Add an 11th star to this list: Suni Lee, the Olympic all-around gymnast of the Tokyo 2020 Games. After dancing with Sasha Farber to Queen's We Will Rock You, she was hospitalized for a stomach ailment.

If we ever get another All-Stars season all these people (along with Milo Manheim, Juan Pablo Di Pace, Nick Carter, James Hinchcliffe and James Van Der Beck) should be part of the cast.
reply

yeah the first one shouldn't have one because if so it's kind of like cheating to where you're going to switch an old person with a younger person yeah third place is what she deserves
reply

I remember Season 7. Misty May-Treanor had the potential to go far and I wish she would've returned in a later season. (She never score below a 21 on any of her 3 dances)

Having a Tia snd still wanted to dance. Strong women and only if it would be medical oke se deserves a second change and the 77 old man was so cute. That deserves points
reply

I think they should let them come back! And if possible with the same partners too. Put them into the next few seasons or have a special season just for them!

Ive always wondered if the stars have to pass a medical clearance before being able to start the competition. Some of these medical conditions are super scary!
reply

Jewel Kilcher should get a second chance because her music sounds so much better now that she dancing. Somebody sssccccrrrrreeeeeeaaaaaammmmm!

Im just wondering how come Christie Brinkley hasnt had a second opportunity to be on the show? Im still waiting for her to get back with Val.

I hope there is a second all stars season at some point in the future- alot of these celebs deserve second chances (Here's looking at you Tamar.
reply

I think it would be Cool if they had a season that brought back every one that had to withdraw because of stuff. only if they want to off corse.
reply

lol I dont like to sound threatening on social media but. yall BETTER have had Tamar at #1. She almost literally DIED trying to win.
reply

There should be a season full of those who were eliminated due to medical reasons. Call it Dancing with the Stars: Cripples edition.
reply

They should make a season for people who left Dancing with the Stars if they did not appear in another season after their 1st season
reply

I hope Jeannie comes back next season or even the season after. She really wanted it and I wanted to see her in the finals: (

Jewel's husband Ty Murray replaced her. Many time world champion pro rodeo and PBR winner. He wasn't a dancer but was fun.

Broke my heart when Tamar had to leave. She grew so much throughout that season. Love her. Bring her back!

reply

I had no idea Jeannie Mai was on DWTS. I stopped watching when they invited Ryan Lockte (sp) to be on there.
reply

I definitely think they should get a second chance. They didn't really have much choice but to withdraw.
reply

It's the Real curse. Tamar and Jeannie had to leave due to life threatening health complications.
