We came across SC during the dark days that were 2020 lockdown. It brought such joy and laughter that after watching it once we immediately watched it again. Now two year later life has changed. But the joy SC brings hasnt. We have just started watching it for the 3rd time. I look forward to seeing my favorite moments again.

My boyfriend and I put off watching the last episode as long as possible because we did not want it to end. I cried throughout the episode! Of course there were such funny moments, too. And Patrick's reference to the massage happy ending in his wedding vows was brilliant!

well the fact that you put the very best scenes in the Honorable Mentions is a testament to the fact you obviously aren't watching the show, just doing commentary on shows you think are popular. Read the room. Read the fan groups. Read the forums.

Merry Christmas, Johnny Rose made me cry a bucket. I dont know why but the way it tugged at my heartstrings is a solid 10/10. Also the laughs that came out of this episode was superb! Definitely among my top favorite episodes.

I watched Schitt's Creek for the first time last month. It was such a lovely, feel good show. Happy Anniversary is one of my favourite episodes! The way Johnny stood up to his old friends was so heartwarming.

How could you NOT include that scene where Stevie & David are looking at his future house & she begs him not to leave her for NY! It's sad, but so sweet how they are totally honest & vulnerable with each other.

I think the way Ted and Alexis let each other go just so they dont hold back each other was amazingly selfless! It takes a lot of maturity and love to be able to do that. It definitely deserved a spot on this list!

The barn dance at the end of season 2 was water-shed. It wasn't about the characters but the actors realizing they had a truly magical show on their hands. And the final shot is of Dan Levy, as it should be.

Is anyone still upset that Ted and Alexis didn't end up together? They were literally supposed to but they didn't! in my book he went to New York and found an amazing job there and they ended up together
reply

As much as I would have loved Ted and Alexis staying together, I think they had the most mature, hopeful, and loving breakup possible it was amazing and deserves at least an honorary mention!

When I first started watching this show, I had no clue that it would have the best and healthiest romantic relationship I have ever seen on tv. David and Patrick are the best thing ever.

I think one of the best moments is when Johnny, Roland, and Stevie go to New York to pitch the motel chain and Roland sticks up for Johnny when he walks in to grab his brief case.

I kind of held my breath with the start of every one towards the end but neednt have worried, the one I think bests restores my faith in humanity was #1. The Anniversary, sigh.
reply

I'm so glad you put Happy Anniversary first! I hear lots of love for Happy Endings, and I do love that episode. But Happy Anniversary is the one that made me cry the most.
reply

Not for happy reasons, obviously, but the Ted and Alexis ending KILLS me. Every time. And the engagement scene, and the end, and the Cabaret episode. I cry a lot lol

The 'open mic' episode is the best episode of all to me. Patrick's version of Simply The Best is the best version of that song. Sorry Tina.

Yes! I thought it wasnt going to make the list then it was number 1! This was the moment I fell in love with these characters and this show!

'presidential suite' is one of the only episodes I have not been able to watch more than once. Alexis and Ted's breakup is gut wrenching.
reply

Happy Anniversary, was the one episode where I really fell in love with the show. Truly showed that the characters in this show grow.

When Moira walked out at David and Patrick's wedding dressed like the Pope, I don't I have ever laughed as hard for any TV show!
reply

This show is such a feel good show on so many levels. Its all about love, acceptance and finding family and thats what we need.

Am I the only one or am I showing my age but Jonny Rose looks like Jeff Tracy of the 60s TV puppet series 'Thunderbirds'.
reply

they should do a mini series where each character gets one ep that shows what their life is like 5 years in the future
reply

Not enough ppl talk about the moment Ted sat in front of alexis during singles week! What a beautiful moment that was!
reply

Binged watch the entire series last weekend and I think The Hike has got to be my favorite. though don't hold me to it!
