You forgot Jill Whelan who played on The Love boat for all of about 10 years maybe. You also forgot Emmanuel Lewis you also forgotten meeno peluce his sister remember anybody should remember and probably does because I think she's still in acting cuz she was a bigger star than some of the ones you've mentioned in the 80s for Punky Brewster Soleil Moon Frye but there is an irony in a way her brother voyageurs made him a household name briefly in the 80s ironically is now a history teacher, although I don't think he would be above getting back into acting sure the right role come along at least from what I've heard.

First, most of these kids didn't get normal jobs. They didn't work construction or in a factory or retail or any of that. No what most people do. Second, these kids were the few smart ones that got out when the going was good and didn't end up molested to hell and entering adult acting roles for a few shitty movies in exchange for selling their souls.
Seriously, the acting path is paved with evil.

And Bio-biologist and another Lawyer for the twins.
I wish I could say that they got money from acting, but clearly they came from money to begin with.
I would act if it made me enough money to get degrees like that, but alas, it is a dream.

What is a not normal job? I think categorizing jobs into normal and not normal is not a good idea. What does that even mean? Normal is one of those adjectives that's really hard to define because everyone has a different definition of it.

Your ' project serves as a cinematic masterpiece, inviting viewers to delve into the captivating world of 1960s Hollywood and then accompany these actors on their inspiring and enduring journeys through time. DO YOU AGREE WITH ME

so the only way to graduate with an advanced degree is to allow yourself to be exploited as a child.
im not sure this is the feel good story you think it is considering the debts Americans owe with no pay increases.

I think it's disgusting what producers do to children and make them weight conscious. I am glad the actress go out instead of listening and developing an eating disorder. There are plenty of overweight people in Hollywood

Matilda was one of the kids in Mrs. Doubtfire. Like Timon & Pumbaa of Lion King she eventually got her own show. That's when you know a work is iconic, when the side characters get their own shows.

Who would I like to see back on the screen? Only the ones who WANTED to be back on the screen. Hoping that these people are happy and out of any toxic life that child stars seem to get into.

Weirdly disappointing when I heard Josh Saviano worked for Morrison Cohen LLP and I _thought_ it was foreshadowing for Jeff Cohen. Come to find out the latter's law firm is Cohen _Gardner_ LLP.

Angus T Jones is worth 20 million dollars and will probably grow as two and a half men will be in reruns for years and he will collect residuals. His production company job seems like a hobby

I almost feel surprised that you could actually find 20 child stars who were even functional in their adult years.
But i guess if you quit early enough maybe you don't end up so wrecked?

reply

This is a good post because it shows positive outcomes of child actors with good endings. It is exploitation in the negative to show less than complementary and unfortunate outcomes.

Shocked the rest of the cast from Wonder Years and Home Improvement was not on. Also the cast from I think the show was called Life Goes On, with the disabled kind Corkie

Lazy Town a series I swear was created and made by child pervs with all the upskirt shots and the fact if any of the puppeteers looked up well again up the skirt.

4: 48 For the better he left, it shouldn't have continued without Charlie Sheen. Jon Cryer did win an Emmy for the newer season, but it was all downhill from there.

In 1985 I was in the beavers parade (Canadian equivalent to the scouts) now I work a 9-5 job. I wouldt say Im much happier. But at least Im not being molested now.
reply

What about Dylan sprouse? He was a child actor and he's making beer now. And his twin brother is still acting.
(Riverdale) and other things too.

reply

They all got good jobs because they are all intelligent, that's why they were good actors, as a 9 year old I could barley read let alone remember a script.

It's interesting that none of the kids who stopped acting as teenagers didn't fall off the rails. Makes me think how they be treated when they stay acting.

i would love to see peter ostrum appear in a reboot of the chocolate factory, maybe like as the guy at the beginning who tells him nobody ever comes out
reply

Unfortunately Oliver from The Neverending Storey was roped into a cult shortly after the movie by his mother and subsequently stopped acting.

Funny that the director was 100% right with Kay.
She blimped up and had a double chin in that photo.
She used to be so very hot.
