I used to watch hgtv religiously then over years i realized is that it sad these people that look like they sre twevle but have that homes cost like over 500 hundred thousands dollars when I'm trying to paid off thirty that left on my mortgage. Totally disagree with the #1 pick. Their choice is the most boring one of all.
And, they did not mention the couple Nate & Jeremiah nor the Budget Block guys couple nor the Home Town couple. these shows are all a lot more fun to watch than House Hunters. of course, just my humble opinion.

my all time favorite HGTV show as property virgins. it was house hunter for first time homeowners. the best part is the host will show the guest a house the person wants. then they show them a house they can actually afford. sometimes it is a stark contrast.

What about the pilot that I sent to HGTV? Those weak-ass executives at HGTV claimed it was too extreme. It was called. Either we fix it or we are going to really f#k this up. Had HGTV been a Merican network, it would have gotten picked up!

The estimates on doing the renovations are ridiculous. Some of the shows state their budget and then visit the home centers for their choices. Not knowing what the cost may be. Also, LABOR is never included if performed by the hosts.

Wow. So disagree. Hate Love it or list it. With the hassle of moving especially if kids would have to switch schools the odds are stacked for loving it. Not fond of many of these.

Love it or List it is the best HGTV show. It combines the house hunting aspect and house renovation aspects of HGTV shows into one. House Hunters is probably number 2 though.

Love Chip and Jo! Masters of Flip was better than half of these though. Can't believe there weren't any tiny house shows on the list. Tiny Luxury is amazing
