- THE PANTS SONG IS EPIC I mean the whole show is a fever dream HAHAHAHAHA I love you BMC
- Doubt Comes In makes me tear up every single time. I haven't seen it (legally) so the first time I listened to the OBCR the last seconds took (literally) my breath away. Eva Noblezada and Reeve Carney are too talented. BUT I think We Raise Our Cups should have been up in this list. The significance of that song, praising anyone who fights for a better world, even if they don't succeed. it's so, so powerful. And Amber Gray's voice, always fun and happy in the rest of the show, brings a new depth to the song.

'We'd Like to Thank You Herbert Hoover', in my opinion, is both criminally underrated and underappreciated. It's such an effective number that really makes you feel bad for the vast majority of folks facing the brunt of the Great Depression, including Annie; moreover, it's not really surprising in the least that this number was cut from both the 1982 and 1999 adaptations - but at the same time, it's a miracle that the 2021 TV adaptation thankfully achieved a balance with the introduction of this number.

I loved this video from beg to end. The only surprise (to me) is what what considered underrated songs from WSS. Never ever have I heard anybody discuss the show WOUT mentioning both The Dance and A Boy Like That/I Have A Love. But I honestly dont care. Just loved listening to (almost) every single song I already knew, whether or not they were the most or least popular in any of these musicals.

The reprise of tonight from west side story doesn't seem to get enough praise either. The fact you got so much going on at once and it doesn't get jumbled, especially at the end, when everyone is singing different things at the same time, is not easy
I also agree it's hard to pick from hurricane and the election from hamilton. Both don't get the attention they deserve

Lots of these are cool. Though I wouldve also included:
. Anything Can Happen from Mary Poppins the Musical
. Hero is My Middle Name from SpongeBob the Musical
. Human Again from Beauty and the Beast
. Chow Down from The Lion King
. That Beautiful Sound from Beetlejuice the Musical
. What Do you Know About Love from Frozen the Musical

Who Id Be from Shrek the Musical is still a great act 1 finale that goes hard, especially when Brian DArcy James, Sutton Foster and Daniel Breaker simultaneously sing reprises of their respective songs (Shrek - Who Id Be, Fiona - I Know Its Today, and Donkey - Dont Let Me Go) till they sing all sing the final verse. Goosebumps every time I hear it.

It's very telling that you guys picked the Darren Criss version (my personal favorite) and OG movie version of Something's coming and not the dreadful 2021 version. When I watched the movie I was looking forward to see Ansel do it (this was his moment to win me over as Tony) and unfortunately, he didn't deliver AT ALL. Sorrows sorrows prayers

17: 38 Look at baby Colton Ryan. He went from standby to Tony-nominee.
Also. I really like the DEH movie. I don't care what anyone has to say. (It also has like a 90% audience approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, so I know I'm not the only one) It had its faults, but I think the film version of Requiem is so well done.

Whats criminal is that Wickeds cast recording does not include the song Wicked Witch of the East. The literal and figurative harmony of Nessas disparity and self-proclamation while Elphaba is casting a spell to save Boqs life is a highlight in the show. But I do agree that Thank Goodness is underrated

My favorite music-nerd thing about Requiem from Dear Evan Hansen is that the sister and the father's sections are in a minor key because they're angry, helpless, confused and frustrated, but the mother's section shifts to a major key to signify how hopeful and comforted she is.

No More is the best song Sondheim ever wrote, and that's a hill that I will die on. The fact that they cut it from the film still boils my blood to this day. I saw the recent Broadway production several times and every time I heard Brian D'Arcy James sing it, I lost it!

Paciencia y Fe was beautiful. I saw it on Broadway and I was in the mezzanine. Olga blew my face off with how powerful and emotional her voice was. I was obsessed with the song. Great list of songs. Some I've heard and others I have not. but they are all top notch

Oh my gosh! Im so happy that Notes/Prima Donna was on here! Its so fun, complicated, takes INSANELY good vocals and has such a funny yet dark ending with both the Phantom threatening them and the managers and Carlotta singing about how great Carlotta is

Yes, I love Kindergarten Boyfriend, it really makes you feel sorry for Martha, who is the purest character in the entire show, and deserves better. There's always a stunned silence after her song, especially on the first watch.

Tell me you don't actually know anything about the stage version of The Last 5 Years without telling me.
There is no person on the receiving end of that song. They only interact during their duet.

I remember the first time I listened to the Phantom of the Opera all the way through my mom was telling me the story as we went along. I cracked up when she started explaining Notes/Prima Donna

Thank goodness you included, Thank Goodness. I feel it is one of the most powerful and dramatic songs of the show. Galinda really has to have acting chops to pull off the song convincingly.

Does every Ms. Mojo video about Broadway have to include something from Hamilton? Kidding. kinda. but it's hard to argue that anything in that show is underrated. Nice #1 though.

How could you do this category without I'm Going Home by Tim Curry in the Rocky Horror Picture Show, or There are worse things i could do by Stockard Canning in Grease.

Falsettos has my heart, it's ironic, devastating, so human and some lyrics are so poetic that they stick with you for a long time. It's criminally underrated

I'd also include Heart of Stone from Six because Jane Seymour's Ballad doesn't get enough love. Whoever plays Jane has to Belt the crap out of that song.
