Clark is finally with the person he was meant to be with and the episode before he has an engagement ring. He proposes to Lois next to a phone booth with was also the the being of her relationship with Clark as the Blur. Clark is proposing to Lois as both people and Lois says yes to both of them.

Tom and Erica were magical on screen. One thing I appreciated about Tom and Erica is how they single-handedly built Clois together and you could tell the actors had immense love for the relationship. It's also amazing how the writers were grabbing what they saw between Tom and Erica and included it into the relationship. So Tom and Erica were not only bringing themselves to the Clois relationship but they gave them amazing moments that were purely built by them- for example, the dunk tank scene was improvised. or the end of Idol, Tom and Erica got the idea of Lois wearing his glasses and then kicking the newspaper stack at him. the reveal scene when Lois jumps on Clark. that was all Tom and Erica. There's so many other amazing moments built by the actors and that's pretty epic. Writers had gold with these two! they didn't even need to write they just followed Tom and Erica's lead. LEGENDARY.

Anyone remember the rooftop kissing scene in the 200th episode with Clark and future Lois- it looked like Welling and Durance had an orgasm and they forgot they were being filmed. I remember my wife jokingly telling me that their spouses should leave them after that LOL. Anyways, Lois and Clark saved Smallville for us- we continued watching because of them.

My favorite moment that didn't make this list was in season 10 where Clark switched places with an evil version of himself from an alternate timeline. He was switched back to his own timeline just before Lois, Oliver and Tess were about to kill him. All it took was one brief look into Clark's eyes for Lois to realize it was him.

Tom Welling is genuinely my fav Superman. My mom was always obsessed with this series back during 2001-2007 and then I caught u on shortly cause I always loved Superman & it introduced me to alot of great rock artists.
