Hairdressers guide to cutting your own hair and not ruining it (mens edition) NULL: Hiya
What is the name of the cut?
Im ftm and not out yet
I have short hair, but its stil pretty feminin
Ive been thinking ab cutting it myself, or just shaving it really short tbh
Im super scared im going to botch it, so i might try and get this style
So i need to try and get photos of girls with this exact haircut to convince my parents to atleast try it during the holidays since theyre concerned my school's dress code
Thx

This looks like a really cool haircut! I'm a trans man and thus far I've just been shaving my hair to a half or even quarter inch because it's easy. It's been growing out for a while though, so I'll probably try this! It helps that I have naturally very wavy hair- styles itself half the time!

Oh my God. I just realised that you're not British. how have I not noticed your accent I've been watching you for ageeees! And I only noticed your American accent after you mentioned CVS! I was like, hooold on a second there mate!

Sooo needed this. I keep my hair in this style and I haven't been able to go out and get it cut in a while and am looking alittle clowny lmao so I needed an at home guide for this! Brad always coming in clutch!

What a life saver. I only have scissors and thinning shears, no clippers. I've used clippers before but no idea how to use scissors. Finally cut my hair without completely butchering it for the first time. Thank you!

I know this is an old vid, but I used this tutorial to cut my 2yr olds hair and it came out fantastic! Thanks! He has sensory issues and does not like the hair places. I got super quiet clippers too!

Just want to say this is my 5th time returning to this video. I cut my husbands hair once with this video and ever since he only comes to me for a cut so here I am 5 cuts later. Thank you Brad Mondo!

You saying, that its unlikely that you will have hair this length. Me a (idk what the heck I am) person wanting to cut my hair that is only slightly longer than that just sitting here cracking up. XD

I have 2b/2c hair, if I didn't use a styling product when finished like you do, would my hair look messed up or not really? I wash my hair before bed so I don't bother using products

I like that you showed us both angles of doing it on someone else and on yourself. I'm going to do my boyfriends hair and I can send him this if he wants to try it himself next time!

I've been cutting my hair for a year now and I mostly knew all this info, but the way you focus on the steps specifically helped me do what I think is my best cut yet. Thanks!

If you dont have hair shears, Try fabric scissors, they are (from my understanding) much sharper than other household scissors, and can be found at walmart fairly affordable

I just cut my teenage son's hair following this and it worked so well. We are both really happy with the result. Thank you so much for making this easy to follow guide.

I'm actually glad you left the cutting the length part in. My dad doesn't like his hair short, but hes tired of long hair too. So you helped me learn how to trim
