I recreated this recipe at home and the resulting pie was incredibly good, and everyone at the table wanted me to make the same pizza next week. The only problem I had was that I had a whole lot of the raw tomato sauce left over after making the pizza and i mean like 9/10ths, this isn't a big problem since I can use some of the sauce next week but its something one should keep in mind if you don't any leftover sauce. 10/10 thumbs up.

Thanks so much for sharing this great recipe Carla. I tried it on the fly with no fresh mozzarella in house. I instead used some Polly O whole milk low moisture mozzarella which I cubed. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I am glad I opted to cube (1/2) the cheese. I think it held up a little better.

Any suggestions for someone that really doesnt like the taste of raw tomatoes? I really dont like tomato seeds or pulp and the thought of canned tomatoes makes me gag. I love pizza, just dont know about this sauce. Looks very tomatoey.

I tried this recipe and honestly thought I was in for disaster because a) I've never made pizza before, b) I dont have a stand mixer and c) the dough was super wet. It turned out awesome and I'll definitely make it again

Carla, I thoroughly enjoyed this pizza I did different toppings as I live in Japan and used what was accessible to me, but the sauce and the dough was just SPECTACULAR. Thank you for another delicious recipe: )

No. Kings never use there house name when they become king. They can use it as prince but after the coronation you only use there first name plus titles, or just there titles when you address a king.

I guess that makes me a monster because pineapple on pizza is delicious. You don't have to agree but let us pineapple lovers enjoy the pineapple and you non pineapple lovers enjoy the lack of pineapple.

The only issue I have with these pizza recipes is the oven temps and the olive oil. The product comes out fabulous, but I also need a gas mask and an industrial fan to get rid of all the smoke lol

Carla, I tried to make this recipe and the topping turned out great. However, the crust turned out dense and underdone. Plus, the oil got all over my oven and made it smokey: (

Does anyone know the measurements of the baking sheet she is using? It looks larger than the ones I have at home so the recipe wouldn't measure out the same for the pan.
