Is there any way to save the dough and only bake two biscuits at a time? So that I have a freshly bake biscuit every time? Do I serve everything while the biscuit is still warm or do I have to let it cool? Because is that's the case then I can bake all of them at the same time. (Sorry I have never had one of these before)

Tried this recipe. Far too much salt in the recipe due to the salt, soda and powder. Reduce the salt by half. I think an egg would improve the biscuits. Baking them in a batch with score marks to break apart when cooked would give a nicer appearance also.

So you would need two lemons the same size, but also with the same potential amount of juice in them. If you can find symmetrical lemons, cut them in half and each of you juice half of the same lemon. Also Molly starts every competition before they say go.

if you don't feel like pinching butter you can put everything(flour/bp, bs/zest /cut up cold butter/ and the sour/heavy cream) in a food processor and it comes out perfectly. same with pie crust as well.

Why do all of the BA kitchen team put bowls, phones etc on their chopping boards? Really poor practice. Also, why not use industry standard colour coded boards? Wood is a no-no in a commercial kitchen.
