Pro Chefs Take You on a Tour of Their Kitchens Test Kitchen Talks Home #01 Amanda: What do they use to label their things in their fridges and cabinets and stuff? One thing I notice is that most of them are very organized, they label almost everything, which is helpful in a chaotic kitchen (and especially in the fridge. It's kind of soothing to look at.

frozen bannanas are good in bannana bread. How do ya'll know when spices are no longer good? I didn't see a lot of timers. How do you keep concurrent bakes/cooks on time?

Anyone else notice Sohla's spice jar (seemingly) just labeled weed? It's probably just, like, dill weed or something, but it amused me to no end

Freezing your bananas makes it easier to use em for banana bread. Let em defrost, snip the end off and you can squeeze it out like toothpaste.
