When bakers Erwan Blanche and S bastien Bruno graduated culinary school, they couldn t seem to find a spot in Paris that sold both bread, brioche, and pastries in the same place, let alone ones that were homemade, good quality, and affordably priced. That s when they opened Boulangerie Utopie Bakery, known for one of the most coveted and innovative sourdough croissants in Paris

2 for a handmade and high quality ingredient Crossaint. Thats why bakerys are dying over here in germany and chains are taking over. We have all these amazing types of bread build right into our culture but people prefer buying a whole loaf of bread for 1 made by industrial bakeries. To little people appreciate the taste and the amount of work that goes into a good product.

I always wonder how are they pricing stuff like this, it cannot be too pricey for a breakfast item, at the same time they have to cover operational costs and rent is not cheap in Paris.

Just when you thought making a croissant couldn't get harder. they make it into a sourdough croissant! I literally melted in my seat when they broke it open

WHO Are the two people that disliked this? Like Croissants are just the ultimate bread! maybe they're gluten intolerant? or they hate delicious fluffy things?

So basically they wanted an excuse to hang out more and came up with a bakery. That s the kind of bro-dom that we all need.
