You probably didn't need to use coconut oil at all. When you cook with only vegetables, the vegetables don't often stick to the pan. That is because they give off their moisture and that almost lubricates it just like an oil. The only thing is, you may just have to add small amounts of water into the pan for the dish to not eventually end up sticking to the bottom of the pan. Coconut oil as well as other oils are still very fatty so if can eliminate almost all unnecessary oils from your diet, you don't need to use much of any oil in your cooking. Even if vegetable based oils are are high-density lipoproteins which help move fats around your body.

Looks like it wouldn't taste very good at all to be honest, I love turnips but the green beans and the turnip greens on top alone feel like they ruin it maybe the green beans were cooked more than it seemed but especially the turnip greens which has an extremely strong grassy earthy taste, to eat it raw on top? Eh. Maybe it is better than it seems but for curry it also seems way less flavorful than it should be, very few spices were used. Was a fun video but the recipe seems like something I would genuinely excuse myself from the table instead of eat.

yea, though she had encouraged a healthy lifestyle for kids in that she has taken away alot of foods in the US schools and I am being honest. She starves us she has been in there for two terms and during that she has not improved but made things worse, all she has done is create more starvation

Hmm looks okay but just from the ingredients list I feel it lacks flavour & fragrance. I'm Asian and a curry connoisseur, and that curry needs some tweaking maybe some curry leaves, pandan, lemon grass, tumeric would do the trick. But thanks for the video!

Many of these ingredients are not available in poor areas. I don't live in a poor area, but I can count the times I've seen turnips at the big grocery stores in my area on one hand. I've been doing my own shopping for 40 years, and I like turnips.
