I would personally not make this, but it looks totally fine (and I do intend to try to make the bao dough at some point. My only real problem with this is that after he finishes the burrito and then cuts a slice. has he not essentially defeated the purpose and made a normal bao taco?

I don't get why so many people dislike the food in these videos, it's an idea that you can expand apon and make it the way you like it. And if you just don't like it don't make it. I made a lot of stuff with the bread wraps they can be really good.
