I love to use USDA Prime Steaks. Of course I get them fresh. I don't know that much about dry aging. What would be the difference between a fresh steak vs. the dry age? I'm trying to wrap my head around the difference and why my brain thinks fresh is better. It's such a great steak to begin with. I'm not slamming the dry age just don't know why it's better.

it was between Peter Luger or Keens and we went to Keens. It was DELICIOUS!
Only aspect i wasn't fond was that the steaks didn't come with any side dishes and you had to order them separately. It was too much food--like feed multiple people amount of side dishes.

3 million is definitely not an exaggeration. Depending how many days he works a year, and even if you low ball those days as well as guest count, Chef Logan is dishing up at least 300, 000 steaks a year. And that s the most feasible LOWEST figure!

Someone needs to work out the close caption. He said the steak will have a like buttery taste, but the lettering said that the steak will have a like bodily taste. I don't speak for everyone, But I sure don't want a steak that taste bodily. 8: 03

Every time this owner is featured, I almost fall asleep. Luger s is beyond overrated & for the overall price and quality of sides plus service-it s not worth it. Especially, when there are equally/ better steakhouses in Manhattan for the same value.

I'm sure they taste great but I'm not that impressed with the cooking of those steaks for such a renowned place.
Absurd amount of salt, average sear on some and burnt on others, the rare is basically blue and they haven't rested them.

at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of buffet

Peter Luger is the Rocky 3 of Steak Houses. Once it was the champ but it's grown soft and not that great. Now it's mentor needs to die so it can go through a training montage to beat Mr. T. This got away from me somewhere.

dumbest question is how many steaks have you made. seriouly like he keeps count. worst reporter ever. steak for two is a ripoff just get a steak for one almost same size as the steak for two with half the price. smh
