On the 63rd floor of a building in NYC s Financial District sits one of the city s most creative fine dining restaurants, Saga. We follow chef James Kent and his team as they put together a 7-course tasting menu that includes a citrus salad, Moroccan tagine, black bass, and porcini custard. Woozlewuzzleable: This guy was just on Munchies Chef's Night Out, it was wholesome because of just getting wasted like everybody else he went out with his kids and wife. He seems like a good guy who's not a pretentious chef that I see in these videos about these kinds of restaurants.

They are a special group of Culinary artist of the 21th century. We all know Vincent van Gogh; Claude Monet etc etc. This small group of individuals must be recognized for their art for future generations. Remember you digest their art and its gone.

You always try to do something new and extra ordinary and make ur audience feel excited for every next video. I took some inspiration from you especially in my video where I ordered pizza to MrBeast's house!

I cannot take the pretense of haute cuisine anymore. Sure there s many genuinely passionate chefs out there but I ll stick with more rustic fare.

The fish looks delicious but its so off putting hearing flounder being called 'fluke' as it reminds me of the parasite liver fluke

They should send their staff to Japanese kitchen to learn how to fillet the fish properly. Dirty cut. Looks unappetizing.
