In Hawaii, we have had kimchee imbued Portuguese sausage for decades. Like poke, the contiguous US has to catch up to our Pan/Pacific cuisine. We have the most creative and cutting edge chefs that have been experimenting with fusion food for a long time. We already have kimchee pasta, lomi salmon/cream cheese won tons and wakame/taegu pasta salads in our local cookbooks. Matthew, please come to Hawaii to see for yourself. You would need to check out: 3660 On the Rise, Side Street Inn on da Strip, Merriman's, The Pig and the Lady, Nobu. Ravish Honolulu, Habitant, Mariposa, Million Pocha, (for Korean tapas) and Topped. So many, many more regional or fusion places to mention here. Just visit, Yelp and enjoy!

7 years I've worked with Korean guys in Poland and tasted a lot of Korean cosine. After about 2-3 weeks of food sharing as it is cooked traditionally in our countries we just started mix an match. Polish cottage cheese + kimchi = one of my favorite fillings for dumplings: D I remember that we were quite shocked how easily those two cosines mixes.

This place is one of the best eateries in North America. My family immigrated from Poland in the 60-70's, so I'm very familiar with Polish flavors. You wouldn't believe how great the marriage is with Korean cuisine. They're like soul mates that come together to make each other 100x better.

2: 20: That guy is ignorant af: not only are there are tons of Asians in Poland, when Central-Eastern Europe is concerned, it's got the 2nd highest number of Asians, after the Czech Republic! Russia is yet another story!

Pro-tip to save a couple bucks drinking in Chicago: at every bar you go to tell them youre from out of town and youve never had malort. Instant free shot.

Kielbasa translates into Sausage so when you say Kielbasa Sausage you are basically saying Sausage Sausage. Or Kielbasa Kielbasa, you name it.
