Not long ago we released a video of a restaurant in Japans countryside called Yanagiya, where they use a traditional Japanese sunken hearth known as irori to cook food on skewers using just sand and charcoal. Cliff LOVED the video and really wanted to try it out himself.
Gordon: what. did he just say the reason hes doing at the beach is because the beach allows him to have a fire in a metal container? Thats not a reason to do it at the beach.
