That display for the truffle cone probably adds some unnecessary labour cost to already expensive ingredients. No one is going to eat the untempered couverture chips and cocoa nibs, and certainly not the molded piece which will taste like seized chocolate.

I think this show is amazing, the chefs are amazing and the host is too. In a lot of shows it's more about the host then about the subject. they take over the whole programbut not rebecca. You can see she's really enjoying this.

Just because you can, doesnt mean you always should. Some things should remain a mystery and this is one of them. I cant imagine this being remotely good at all. Truffle cone lmfao

sad and annoyed they fast-forwarded the truffle cream part like why? You let Chef Eunji talk and show every other part of the dish but not the cream? :(
