That just looks incredibly delicious, thanks for mentioning that if your mold is nonstick to use parchment paper because I made that mistake once, even after adding lots of olive oil to the pan my focaccia still got stuck to the pan. Also, I did not know you have to oil the olives so the don t burn. You did a very good job explaining how to make what looks to me like the best focaccia. Is your focaccia from the same same day or did you rest it overnight?

whoa i don't think watching someone make bread has ever made my mouth water but this looks soo good I've only had Focaccia bread twice the first time was amazing the second my Indian grandma tried making it it wasn't the best (compared to the actual one. sorry amama ) but still good this bread had always intimidated me for some reason

Yum! There s NOTHING like homemade focaccia. With some olive oil/garlic, crushed red pepper dipping sauce. I just closed my eyes and I could smell it. It s like I died and went to heaven. Tfs Emma. I just love your recipes, they ve become a staple in my home. Have a wonderful day.

So is that really open & bubbly texture due to how hydrated it is? (Other recipes I've used definitely don't do this to such an extreme. I love the texture you're getting) or maybe the overnight rise adds to it?
