Strawberry Shortcake Mug Cake recipe: - 20 g (1 tbsp) Butter - 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar - 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk - 1/4 tsp Vanilla - 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour - tsp Baking powder - Pinch of Salt - 2 tbsp Strawberries, cut into little pieces Carrot Cake Mug Cake - 20 g (1 tbsp) Butter - 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar - 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk - 1-2 tbsp tbsp grated carrots - 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour - tsp Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon - Pinch of Salt Lemon Blueberry Mug Cake - 20 g (1 tbsp) Butter - 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar - 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk - 4-5 gratings of lemon zest( zest it directly in the mug) - 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour - tsp Baking powder - 2 tbsp of Blueberries - Pinch of Salt Rafia: Wow amazing recipe. Idk why there is just more than enough straawberries in the house nowadays. My bake sale is the day after tomorrow so i guess that making strawberry short cakes is a great option for the bake sale. ohhh god they look soo good! hi Emma amazing recipe as usual i seriously want the blueberry and strawberry mug cake in my mouth right now wondering if i can mix them both like a strawberry N blueberry mug cake? sounds good tbh. but i cant make them cause i don't have a microwave or an oven i'v tried convincing my parents to buy ether one of them for years and im still working on it lol
