I made them this morning and they were so DELICIOUS! - they didn't became fluffy at all like in the video, I followed the instructions but I noticed when I was beating the egg whites with the lemon and sugar the consistency came out creamy, maybe it could have been the reason why they didn't came fluffy but anyways in the end I didn't really cared at all because when I tasted them they were soooo good I just forgot the fluffy part --- -oh well- thank you for the recipe they were delicious and I'm trying them again! ---

So I tried making these and they were somewhat successful. They tasted wonderful (ussaly I hate pancakes) they jiggled but I think I messed something up while I was mixing everything together so the pancake wasn't thick, but then I made my own ring and then put the better in there and it turned out amazing. They didn't turn out as good as Emma's but there still good. I recommend trying it.

do u have any tips for someone who doesn't have a mixer? i've been trying to do it with fork/whisk but it takes too much time for the egg whites to be like that. thank u!
