Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe! --I have a question though, is it possible to use XYLITOL instead of sugar? in baking, xylitol is supposed to be 1: 1 ratio with sugar, and I inquire if it'll be the same for this soft serve ice cream? I'm trying to stay low carb / Keto, and most of your ice cream ingredients are keto friendly, minus the white sugar. Thanks again!

Emma, Love your recipes and always enjoy your love, effervescence, and enthusiasm of what you are making. My question is: After whipping the ice cream for freezing, could I not just spoon it into a disposable pipping bag & seal the top of the pipping bag. Seems it would save so much time. Will be anxious to hear your reply.

I love how you explain everything because you actually know what can happen like you stated about Jam. I think the unicorn one would be what I'd grab only because my 3year old daughter wants it. she watched it with me lol. only question is how long to keep in freezer with parchment when you put it in there after you make it

Dear Emma-Hello and greetings-I have a Request, since you have shared two wonderfull videos on Ice Cream, Can you please make a Video on Basic Ice Cream Custard Base having minimum no of Eggs/Egg Yolks. Base can be thickened by a little starch but less eggs and cream! -Thanks

I would love a coffee/cappuccino type pipeable ice cream. Also maybe a sort of frappuccino one (like starbucks mocha or caramel frappucino tasting specifically) But if nothing else just the coffee/cappuccino one would be good cause I adore coffee ice cream.

Another great recipe! Do you think I could just add drained crushed pineapple to make something close to a Dole Whip version. A Dole Whip is a pineapple ice cream they serve at Disney World & is very good. Thanks!
