Yeah. Way too different from a blood and sand. Sure it's great but you can't call it a blood and sand. You replaced one of the most essential ingredients with something completely different and the proportions are not even close to the traditional recipe or even a slight alteration. Call it a Mud and Bran or something that rhymes. Let your customers make the connection but you can't imply that it's actually a blood and sand bc it's not. Not to mention from a business aspect it's going to create avoidable confusion.

It's made with Versa-Whip, which I don't think is generally available(certainly not in my area. One of the concepts that I'm playing with, if you're interested in trying, is the addition of orange flower water and orange zest to lightly-sweetened whipping cream, to create a similar effect. There are a million and one tutorials on flavouring whipping cream online. Perhaps you're interested in trying that. Or perhaps Versa-Whip is more easily available to you.

pplove214 Just click on the + sign that appears where the time is under your cursor on the videos to the right. Then just hit play on the queue bar at the bottom of your screen, that's the way I do it. Hope that helps.

Looks like an interesting drink, but I agree with what someone said above, it is not a true Blood and Sand, so why not just give it a new name?
