HALLELUJAH! At LAST, we have a use for that LAST BANANA that everybody keeps not eating and so it just sits there on the counter getting blacker & blacker until the fruit flies threaten a coup and you're forced to hump that banana all the way out to the curb so you don't have fruit flies in your kitchen trash! I nominate Chef John for the Nobel Prize in Foodies.

I usually freeze my bananas when they start turning. A little splash of lemon juice and place them in the freezer on wax paper.
Then I just keep a gallon Ziplock bag full of frozen banana bites.
I love banana anything though, and this is definitely on the list.

Cooking this tomorrow morning, and will add a scoop of ice cream on top! Maybe vanilla or maple walnut. Bananas Foster - Commander's Palace style - has been my favorite breakfast with Eggs Benedict in second place. I can't wait to try this. Thanks Chef!

I saw banana bread pancakes and I was happy and saved it! I made banana bread french toast and it was amazing! I'll have to make these.

I normally love your recipes, but here a better pancake don't add the butter to the pan. The butter is already in the pancake mixture.
